We hired Gilly to be our month of coordinator for our wedding back in October and she was nothing short of amazing! My only regret is not hiring her to plan the whole thing for me!
Gilly was exactly what I was looking for, she kept me on track throughout the wedding process, ensuring everything was ready for the big day. She was always honest and gave great advice in the planning process. On the day of the wedding, she took charge and made sure it was stress free for us. Her sweet assistant captured great content so we were able to see our day through our guests eyes as well. I can’t recommend Gilly and her team enough !

We worked with Gilly over the course of several months for our wedding in Athens, GA. Throughout the planning process, Gilly remained incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive. Our regularly scheduled phone calls with Gilly made us feel confident that we were on track. Whenever we had little questions along the way, she was always within reach. Working with Gilly felt like working with a friend.

Her relationships in the wedding industry allowed her to connect us with the perfect vendor team to bring our vision to life, from photography to catering to florals.

As a result of her team's efforts, our wedding day was flawless. We were able to fully enjoy our day while Gilly and her wonderful day-of assistant, Ashley, fully handled the set-up, schedule, and vendor coordination. We faced challenges during our wedding weekend due to an unexpected snowstorm that shut things down in Athens, but Gilly helped us navigate these issues with ease. We couldn't be more grateful to have worked with her!

Gilly planned our June wedding in Athens, Georgia. She is AMAZING!! I can not recommend her enough! I needed help with vendor selection given that I have a busy schedule, and Gilly contacted and set up meetings with excellent vendors. Her advice throughout the process was priceless. She also was fun to work with and made everything stress-free. On the weekend of the wedding, her team made everything run seamlessly. She even met my family members on the day before in order to personally load all of our decorations into her car! I did not have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding- Gilly organized everything behind the scenes. Her day-of assistant, Ashley, kept the wedding party and family members on schedule in a fun way (while Gilly was helping with vendors and decorations). After the wedding, it felt strange to no longer talk to her on a regular basis- kind of like losing a friend 🙂 I highly recommend Gilly and her team!

I have had the unique opportunity to be both a day of wedding coordinator for Gilly and one of her brides! From the beginning, she is very organized and asks you important questions that you might not have considered when looking for vendors and figuring out the timeline. She does a great job at coordinating all of your vendors for you and ensuring that they arrive on time. Delaney was our day of coordinator and the wedding day could not have gone more flawlessly! She checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were good to do activities such as cake cutting and the bouquet toss without being overbearing. As someone who has experienced the behind the scenes as a day of coordinator and "bride side" of Gilly Francis Events, I could not recommend her more!

I honestly don’t have enough positive adjectives to describe Gilly. She made my wedding possible and it was the best day any bride could ask for! My fiancé and I lived hundreds of miles apart when we were planning our wedding which made things super challenging. My mom and Gilly were the glue that kept everything and everyone together on the same page. There was no way I could’ve planned my wedding without Gilly while working full time across the country. The day of my wedding I didn’t worry about anything because Gilly was so prepared and professional.
