I rode Glenn ride from Orland, Chico to Willows and back home 5 days a week. You get to know your bus drivers and I built a nice rapport with them and a few other daily commuters. It makes it a very enjoyable time. I especially grew very fond of Carl & Chelsea & Michelle (the manager).

Half the time they don’t have a regular sized bus, leaving half the passengers standing, packed like sardines, in what’s basically a van putting its passengers in immense danger, where my neck was literally pressed up against a metal pole for nearly an hour with three bodies pressed against mine while traveling 60 mph.

Great company with Wonderful and caring bus drivers . Been a returning customer for the past 17 years and still coming back for more . Love the bus drivers . I have my three year old daughter with me sometimes and she can get fussy. Not once have they complained, infact they've even helped me calm her down. They talk to her make her laugh and even had one song wheels on the bus with her . I highly recommend The Glenn Ride!!

Terrible, they don't even notify when they change their schedules. I was out waiting for their average 5am stop in 2024 (like always they arrive) and had to find out the hard way they changed with no warning. Some of the drivers are disrespectful, their always late and honestly ruin people's day.

Special Thank you to Michelle, and Jordan you two were very kind professional and helpful... I called multiple times concerned about making my bus or not, each time they assured me my driver would arrive soon. Call the number posted if you ever need help during business hours you will be relieved

Had a good trip on this line. Nice people. Clean and comfortable. Only problem is that all return trips are all on nord or already out of town,away from any of their other stops. Still trying to figure that out.

Drivers are careful, few buses are completely full, some have power strip so passengers can charge their cellphone while on bus.
