Great traveling experience had with Lori Franco. She put out a lot of fire storms in our group. I almost couldn’t leave Jamaica but was able to call Lori and she was able to talk with the ticket agent and resolved the situation. We started working with Lori back in early 2020 to help us plan our honeymoon. Lori helped us brainstorm for the perfect trip and once we had picked a place, she gave us a full itinerary of how our trip would go. Lori helped us navigate the COVID travel guidelines and was very responsive to our many questions and concerns. We had to change part our trip about a month out due to COVID restrictions and Lori was quick to pivot and make sure that we still had a great itinerary and a great trip. She gave us great ideas for excursion and picked out great accommodations for us. The travel itinerary went off without a hitch, all of our flights, connections, and hotel stays were fully detailed and made our trip easy to navigate. Can’t wait to book with Lori again.

We just returned with a group of 39 from Jamiaca. We had an amazing experience working with Lori Franco of Global Excellence Travel. At the ringleader of this crew I have so much to say about how fabulous Lori was and still is as we are still working to file insurance claims). Here are some of the highlights.
1. This trip was initially scheduled for Jan 2021 at a different resort. The resort closed due to COVID and Lori seamlessly scheduled us at a new resort keeping in mind all of the things we needed and was able to keep our rates the same.
2. Lori came to our business a few months prior to talk to the whole group about the trip and answer questions
3. As the trip approached she walked us through the extensive paper work of travel authorizations and COVID requirements even having one person to her office to help get his paperwork done
4. She was available as we were checking in to help with some issues
5. As our trip came to an end there was a major snowstorm and ALL of our flights were cancelled. She helped each and every person with the process of rebooking flights, getting rebooked at the hotel (reminding us to keep all receipts for the trip insurance). This was all happening on Friday afternoon/evening and throughout the weekend. She was always there for us!! We all returned safe and sound within 1 to 3 days. (not that we minded a little extra time in Jamaica).

I have been on 3 prior trips that Lori has organized but this is the first that Dance Country had initiated and was in charge of and I have to see that Lori was a godsend! We have plans for a trip to Nashville in 2023 and back to Jamaica in 2025 and I can say without a doubt that Lori will be out travel agent for both trips! She has my highest recommendation! 🙂

I’ve used global excellence twice to book vacations out of the country. Once to Mexico once to the Dominican. I can’t recommend another place that would be more helpful then them. I saw Lisa. Not sure if she’s still there but she was totally awesome she knew exactly what I wanted she looked for the best deals for me within my price range even helped fix prices for us when the prices went lower She is fabulous I Highly recomene seeing Lisa if she’s still there u won’t regret it.

My agent Susan Conti was so helpful in arranging my trip for my nephews graduation at Perdue. She also helped with my vacation plans to Ft. Meyers. She took care of every detail, complete with fantastic limo service to Boston so I could fly nonstop to Ft. Meyers, Florida. She saved me time and took the worry out of my trip.
