Shaia and Go Enchanted came through for us again. Celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary, my husband and I wanted to go back to La Fortuna, Costa Rica. Shaia took care of everything. From transportation to adventures to food and a special anniversary surprise. Traveling with Go Enchanted is so very easy. We can enjoy our vacation and not worry about the details that they so wonderfully take care of!

Traveling without Shaia and Go Enchanted Travel will never happen again! We had planned a once in a lifetime vacation to Italy for spring of 2020 that had to be cancelled. The planning of that vacation was magical with Shaia and although the cancellation was heartbreaking, Shaia was so on it for us! But… we have just come back from a wonderful vacation to California and a cruise to Mexico that was so detailed and magical. This agency knows how to cover everything from drivers to get you to and fro, tickets, tours, Covid testing, and welcome aboard gifts.

I know this is going to be too long but I just have to share! We got caught up in the October Southwest Airlines drama and because we booked our own flights, I was not going to call Go Enchanted. I thought this was not something they could help with because we had booked our own flight with points. While standing in line after just finding out our flight had been cancelled, Shaia was reaching out taking Carr if business. Others around us was stating they couldn’t find rooms available and Shaia was arranging a room with transportation to pick us up. I cannot express my gratitude or appreciation enough for Shaia Bragg and her Go Enchanted Travel Crew. I’ve already given her contact info to 3 family members. ?

Shaia was able to help us plan a Disney World trip with family and work out all the arrangements so that we could eat one meal together each day several weeks after their initial plans were made - not an easy task!

We've worked with Shaia on two trips to Walt Disney World (and are currently planning another!). Shaia is always available to promptly answer questions and assist with anything needed for planning the trip. She has always worked to get special promotions added to our reservation and has helped resolve any issues that have come up (usually random glitches with the MDE app). We can't wait for our next trip!
