Absolute worst experience with a bus rental ever. They left 50 of us stranded for a UGA game with no solutions. I was never notified of any issues with our bus, pick up times being delayed/cancelled, and every update was through me calling and trying to pose solutions. Our driver was kind in her communication, but everyone else was incredibly difficult to communicate with. Looking forward to game days with any company but GoGo Charters.

Superior service all around. We called Gogo Charters bc our flight was cancelled and they answered the phone at 3am and was the only bus company in Atlanta that could get us a bus. The price was reasonable too. They followed up with us and had the easiest check out process. Gogo Charters was by far the most professional.

We called Gigi Charters to rent several buses from them for a production for a large client. We needed top of the line buses and flawless execution as the crew cost a lot of money. Gogo Charters came through with the best quote. They planned everything perfect and paid the most attention to detail on their quote. Gogo Charters is exceptional and I would highly recommend it.

I spoke with a Gogo Charters agent last week to get a quote for six buses for a company outing. They were the only bus company able to organize the trip. All the other companies I called didn't have buses available. The few companies that had one or two companies available were certainly cheaper, but the service just wasn't there. I felt so much more confident with Gogo Charters. Their staff was wonderful and the communication was on point!

If you don't believe me I would recommend calling Gogo Charters in Atlanta and experiencing the wonderful customer service for yourself.

I would recommend using a different transportation company. We scheduled a pick up and drop off to the airport and the bus driver was going to be 45 minutes late. I had to cancel it because people were going to miss their flight if they waited for the bus.

I understand things happen but Gogo has still not processed my reimbursement 2 months later. I just spoke with Customer Service and they said its likely that management wont approve this reimbursement.
