Was getting married and needed transportation to cruise terminal for us and 40 guests. I called about 5 different places all quoting between 3-5k to drop us off and pick us up. I was starting to lose hope until someone recommended Gold Coast! They were beyond reasonable with their price, the minute she gave me the quote I was like each way right? She said no, total. We booked immediately! Karla was a dream to work with, made it all so easy and stress free. Mario picked us up on 6/9 and was there like 30-40 minutes early and did not rush us one bit. On pick up day 6/12 it was the same thing he (driver, did not catch his name) was there early and very patient with me because we could not figure out where he was. The restroom had plenty of toilet paper, bus was super clean and we got to our destinations without any issues. We will be booking with them again soon that's for sure, thank you guys!

Several weeks in a row now, Gold Coast Tours has sent unprepared busses up into the mountains where they become stuck in the snow. This shuts down mountain highways and makes it unable for locals to get home. Currently highway 189 is closed due to three Gold Coast Tour busses broken down on the snowy road. Yet this company will keep sending up more busses full of unwitting costumers.

Stay away from this place like the plague. Every employee is an absolute nightmare. They use police escorts during traffic in California, forcing the entire left lane over. One of the motorcycle officers punched my car to force me to move over. I guarantee you this establishment doesn’t last till the end of the year.

When you run a business like this, where the drivers you employ, not only have their passengers lives in their hands, but also the lives of every other person on the road with them, especially driving such a large vehicle. You should take more consideration into those you hire. On 9/24/21 around 1:00 pm on the 15 s between oak hills and the 138. The driver of bus 638 was driving 90+ mph passing semis and many other vehicles working his way into the fast lane. Blocking other cars from changing lanes by slowing down, and then speeding up again, like he was playing a game. Completely unsafe and unprofessional.

The A/C was out on the bus, driver only lowered the temperature 2 degrees when asked multiple times to lower the temperature. Essentially we were sweating on that bus for 3 hours. Bathroom door was also locked and driver refused to open it.

Worst experience. Do NOT do business with this company if you care about basic standards of comfort while traveling.

Would definitely not recommend this company after the encounter we had with a female bus driver at Mesa Verde today. The coach door was blocking the whole walkway and the driver refused to close it for us to get passed for a fair amount of time. She was rude and hostile in the way she spoke to us. Very bad image for the company.

I drive for them and l go above and beyond to make sure my passengers have the most comfortable ride possible! But when it comes to over the road accommodations for the drivers. They should just establish a call and let the drivers choose where to stay, because some of the rooms booked are not acceptable!
