The staff is very friendly. The equipment is in excellent condition. You can rent SUPs of various lengths, and the SUP paddles are easily adjustable to the precise desired height with a clasping system. The kayaks are perfect too. If you rent for more than an hour, the extra time is prorated rather than adding an extra hour. They also have great classes, in grips our individual.An excellent experience.

Great service and low prices. You can rent kayak or sups, they have suits, and you can pay by card. Pricing is by the hour for the first hour, then by the minute for additional time. Very convenient. Thanks for the service!

Nice little section of strand that usually just the locals or the UCSB students visit. Plenty of barbecuing going on and some volleyball.
There's a rickety wooden pier to venture onto.
One can also rent kayaks & paddle boards.
The strand is pretty lean and due to the Channel Islands very close by, there no waves.
Not uncommon to see oil slicks on the surface of the water.

Excellent service and a nice paddle in the ocean. The actual office is to the left as you're coming in behind a wood fence, so look carefully.
