Love Sharisse! She is currently planning our 4th vacation and 3rd cruise. She is always only a text, call, or email away to take care of all concerns major or minor. She's worked within our budget to get us to lovely destinations. I love working with Sharisse at Goulds!

We just returned from our cruise and we feel so spoiled by our vacation! Another win for Sharisse's skills. We already have cruise 4 scheduled for 2025!

Based on a friend's recommendation, I reached out to Steven Gould, to help me plan a cruise for ~90 seniors in our 55+ condo community. Steven enthusiastically stepped up. His in-depth knowledge, kind bedside manner, and patience was a breath of fresh air. We had quite a few high maintenance cruisers. Steven provided excellent customer service. He conducted numerous on-site meetings with our group, to provide info and answer questions. He hand delivered printouts to be distributed to our cruisers onboard the ship.

I had some issues with the cruise line after we boarded the ship. Steven did his best to get the problems resolved quickly, and best of all...upon our return, Steven was truly interested to learn what went wrong, so he could ensure future cruisers wouldn't struggle with the same type of issues. I greatly appreciated that.

I would definitely welcome the chance to work with Steven Gould again. I recommend Steven and his travel agency, Gould's Travel, wholeheartedly. You'll end up with an awesome vacation.

In addition to Goulds Travel meeting several times with our community group (over 70 seniors) in planning a Caribbean Cruise, Steve Gould made himself available to meet with our out of town friends that were unable to attend the group sessions. We found him always accessible by phone/txt or email to answer all of our questions. He was always knowledgeable, professional and genuinely nice to deal with.
