What’s super interesting to learn is the rock layers at the Grand Canyon are the same as the ones in Petra in the country of Jordan. I was just in Petra less than a year before this tour with Canyon Ministries Tour. The 3 days were jam packed as we were placed in great hotels, restaurants and teachings between each place visited.
Also being of Native American descent on the East coast, my heart was full learning of our similar traditions as we love creation but love the Creator more.

The best way to experience the Grand Canyon. As well as breathtaking views of one of the seven wonders of the world, the guides Franklin and Anna are also warm and witty. They are overflowing with fascinating stories and knowledge about the local nature. The tour is exciting, educational and gives you a genuine insight into the Navajo way of life. All proceeds go back to the Navajo community.
