I wasn't impressed I took my rottie in there to get her nails clipped she's never had it done. She was scared and I noticed the young lady didn't speak to her at all just put her on a table .dog started to pull against her. She still didn't speak to her just pulled on her leash . She spent not even a minute trying and told me to take her somewhere else . That's fine no problem I took her to dogs r us and the two young lady there did a good job . I understand if you have a little fear my dog won't bite highly trained . I'm not upset she didn't take the time to try with me back there but I respect her decision.

Rude groomer with lots of rules that were not explained upfront bc she chose not to greet me when I arrived being a first time client.

I was there a year ago and you did not greet me after coming 2 different times. Seems your response to negative reviews is to claim you don’t have us in your data base.
