Ive been here my whole life an all I get is harassed. The new manager is awful. I came to her with a problem I had an she instantly gave me a violation. I truly think that they are prejudice because I am the only colored person here. She tried to sit an say my dog is aggressive because she barks like come on all dogs bark. She gave me a violation because of my dog an there are all kinds of people living here that lets their dogs roam off a leash. Im just so confused on why she feels like she hots to target me and my place. If i was anyone trying to find a place I would not move here.

Good place to live. Quiet for the most part, few exceptions. More amenities would be nice. Seats at park, cornhole or community building for cards and games.

Worst trailer court I've ever lived in.
Neighbor's have no respect.
Always noisy. Always disruptive
Little Kids always running around all day and night without no adult supervision.
They allow fires and sooner or later will COST SOMEONE THEIR HOME OR LIFE.

WESTSIDE mobile home community in celina is far more better than this court.
Save your money and move out there!
Think living in the country in a trailer is better... it's not.

Management don't care as long as they get their $ out of you.

Will never live here again.

July 5 1230 pm Knocked on office door the manger came out ,started talking about a new model they had there while talking to her some guy stuck his head out the door and ask why i was there it was sunday, well july 5th was friday was very rude they just lost a cash sale, i wood not like to live in a place like that with rude people at office

I love this place. Very nice, clean and safe residency. Near to main street and markets. 💖💖💖

Manager is rude helps but doesn't give you all the info you need and then when you go above her to get the info she lashes out at you wouldn't recommend unless you want to have to deal with her because she messed up your bill for the fifth time or because you've asked her months for an answer to a question that takes the person above her two seconds but you're the bad guy for that too
