Updating the review: The new building was a great move. Not only is it more open, there is more space for more products. There is now homemade chocolate and milk/bubble/boba tea! The chocolate is honestly just great, easily at Malleys quality if not even better at certain aspects. But the bubble tea was quite disappointing. I say this because there was no vanilla flavor. Despite the lack of vanilla bubble tea the experience here was outstanding, it's nice to see how well the business is going since it's startup in around 2018. Still keeping the 5 stars but if possible, add vanilla bubble tea to the menu please!

Dated review: Awesome! Great service and got a LOT of samples. I suggest getting Birthday cake or some of the sweet ones. Also the spicy popcorn is Great! Definitely a 5 star.

Generous, kind, and experienced staff! Great boba and popcorn!

Came in after work on Thursday to get some boba and immediately came in the Friday for more! The owner was extremely generous, let us try samples, and helped us pick some great popcorn to take home.

Stopped in for the first time today and was looking forward to trying the rocky road fudge. Unfortunately I got the last few pieces of what was left in the case and it’s rock hard. The little bits that we could chew were crunchy and stale. Threw out both pieces, waste of money. The girl working behind the counter seemed clueless to where she was. Might try again if in the area, but doubtful.

Delicious! We purchased a party bag to make favors for my sons 1st birthday. They were a huge hit. Everyone at Grand Pacific was very helpful picking the right flavor. I did check around and they had the best price around. The portion was extremely generous. I ended up with more than expected. Which wasn’t a problem because my father-in-law loved it and was more then happy to relieve us of our excess. We received tons of compliments. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Such a lovely spot to visit. I absolutely loved the large variety of popcorn, buffalo ranch was my personal favorite. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Louis. He made the whole experience so welcoming and I might come back just to talk to him again. What a charmer!

Just stopped in for fruit slushies and ended up buying homemade candy and fudge too. The slushies, especially peach flavor, were delicious! I've had the popcorn many times and it's also amazing. Haven't tried the chocolate or fudge yet, but I'm sure it will be equally outstanding. The staff is also very helpful and courteous. Stop in and enjoy this fun spot.
