Great property and great location in Mt Adams. House was very roomy and clean. Allowed great common areas on the1st and 4th levels and also privacy with the bedrooms spread across 3 floors. Kitchen and bathrooms were amply supplied. Restaurants and bars were only 1 block away. Our only issue was parking. It was horrible. It took 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon to find a spot. There was a driveway on property that could have accommodated 2 cars but it was chained off. Open it up and this property would be perfect!

We absolutely loved the place. It was perfect, rooms were clean and free of dust. There is one flaw and that is with all rentals and hotel beds, mattresses are cheap and hard. I don't understand why most rentals don’t accommodate the one thing you need to be perfect, sleep. That's just the way it is.

Where to begin. Our first step into the unit and we were blown over by the smell of smoke. It is a non smoking unit but someone has been smoking in here and it was never cleaned properly to sanitize that smell. The furniture was cheap garage sale material and in no way fit for an average sized adult to safely or comfortably sit on. The stickers on all the dishes and decorative furnishings prove that they have never been washed or cleaned. The bathroom linens were stained or had bleach spots. The beds were flimsy and had hard (to the point of waking up sore) mattresses but the bedding was clean. The frame in the middle of the beds made you roll to the side. There were Doritos on the floor. For a 3 night stay we were given approximately ¼ cup of shower soap and 1.5 rolls of very cheap toilet paper that doesn't go far. We messaged management requesting more tp and they said we were already given 1.5 rolls. After telling them I would purchase my own they offered to deliver more within the hour. After an hour and a half I still had no tp, messaged them again and they said it had been delivered to a different unit…..and I need to go ask them for it!! It was 9:15PM and I didn't feel comfortable knocking on a strangers door asking for tp. When we saw the other people staying in the building they said they thought it was theirs because they had requested more as well. Their reply was they would coordinate with their team for further assistance and I never heard from them after that. This was definitely not the cheapest accommodations I could have booked so you would think the customer service would have been a lot better. The photos were deceiving of this unit, the service was terrible and the price was too high. I will not stay here or recommend this place to anyone. My sister never stayed at a VRBO before and she probably never will again.

Update! They responded to my review extending the invitation to discuss my experience and when I responded I all I heard was crickets.

Great accommodations. Well decorated. Very comfortable and clean. Short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The staff was easy to work with and made our two night stay very pleasant. Price was great, less than a hotel downtown with none of the hassle. Like staying at your own home while on vacation. Have recommended to friends and family. Will definitely stay here again.

If you are going to the Ark Encounter, we would highly recommend this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and furniture, and was conveniently located 5 minutes (drive) from the Ark Encounter. Having a two-bedroom made for a wonderful place for our family.

Really enjoyed our stay at Lee Street! House was great, towels were provided, staff was quick to respond if we needed anything & house was only 8-10 min. from downtown Cincinnati. Great house for our family trip to the Ark & the Creation Museum! House was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!!

Grand Welcome did an excellent job! They provided excellent communication, the property matched the description, the value was much better than a hotel room (more space, very clean, secure, private), and the location was great for us. The extra touches were definitely appreciated. We will definitely consider them in future reservations.
