The bouncy houses were all in good repair. Not as loud and overwhelming as some of these bouncy places. The only problem was the bathroom ran out of paper towels.

We have had two birthday party’s here for my little boy and they have both been awesome. We have had plenty of time to decorate and take down decorations before the next party comes in. They have plenty of seating and tables and even a mini fridge that is available for use. They have pool table and hockey table for adults. Kids get 5 bounce houses for 2 hours. They have accessible bathrooms. It’s always amazing and the kids love it

Extremely rude paid contract in full then get call day before demanding more money for a "fee" not even listed in the contract was hung up on multiple times. Was told well we will just refund it, and hung up on again. Definitely not professional!

I have an event scheduled, but it hasn't happened yet. Google is jumping the gun on asking for a rating already. I was easily able to schedule rental, delivery, and pick-up of the equipment I need for my upcoming event via their website though, and they followed up with a phone call to confirm the details.

Horrible service. They had an entire week to watch the weather and discuss it with us. They waited until a few hours before the party to cancel because there is a chance of storms moving in AFTER the party. We agreed to do it at an earlier time to accommodate them, but they said we still can't use water because of their lack of equipment to dry their equipment after it is used.

NOWHERE in there policy does it state they can call the day of a kids party and cancel on you bc of weather that is moving in after your party, along with the fact that THEY do not have the means to dry THEIR equipment. There is only a twenty percent chance of rain/storms until the party is over.

Now our son, who has been asking for this party for nearly a year is sitting beside me heart broken bc this "company" doesn't have the means to dry their equipment if rain moves in AFTER your party.

The customer is required to give a fourty-eight hour notice to cancel, they only give you a couple hours notice and destroy a kids dreams. The male at the company also hung up on me when I was pointing out the facts that their contract DOES NOT STATE THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO US. They have had all week to watch the weather. As I told them, I have been communicating the local meteorologist for a few days now keeping very close tabs on the weather and said meteorologist has given us the green light. This doesn't count for their AFTER PARTY procedures though, the ones NOT in the contract.

They seem to think that if they just "give you your money back" that everything is ok. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CHILD'S PARTY.
