Chelsea and Grateful Gatherings were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding at Aurora Cellars! We booked Chelsea for wedding coordination package and she was so proactive in helping us throughout the planning process. She provided tools and vendor recommendations that helped us select everyone we worked with and highlighted key timing and milestones help keep us on track. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted the day to look like, but we loved that Chelsea asked questions and shared scenarios with us that we didn't think of which made our decisions even more informed.

Chelsea was available to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process (we booked with her about 5 months before our wedding) and really took over communication about 6 weeks out from our wedding date. She handled all final communication and coordination with all of our vendors and relayed any important information that we needed to know.

Chelsea coordinated our rehearsal and made sure we were happy with how everything would play out for the wedding and worked super close with our venue to make sure the layout was set up exactly how we wanted.

Day of, Chelsea & Jill were beyond helpful. They arrived around 10am, set up everything, coordinated with all of our vendors and made sure we were happy throughout the day without being too involved. They stayed until after the party wrapped to clean up and collected all of our gifts & decor so we could easily grab them and not lose anything. They always made sure we had food, a beverage and most importantly saved a full pizza from our late night snack for us to enjoy after all guests left. Truly our heroes.

Don't hesitate another minute, hire Chelsea! I have experience planning events, but truly nothing compares to a wedding. I worked with Chelsea at her "Event Management and Coordination" level and she really helped guide me along throughout the entire process. She spoke to me as if I was a friend and not just another client or wedding in the books. Every call and e-mail was like a little hand on my back guiding me through the process, reminding me of things I didn't think of, and providing vendor suggestions for those I was having a hard time with. She even helped me secure transportation "uncomfortably close" to our wedding day. The wedding day went off without a hitch. Chelsea and Jill worked swiftly with our venue manager to make minor weather adjustments and brought a cool as a cucumber attitude throughout the day - communicating with all vendors and even fashioning a wrist loop on my dress when I decided I didn't like my bustle. Chelsea will truly set you up with everything you need to be successful. Trust her and enjoy the ride.

I did a partial planning package with day of coordination and tear down and they did amazing with my wedding! I worked mainly with Jill for the planning and then Jill and her assistant were both present at the wedding. There were a few unforeseen minor bumps on the day of and Jill and her team worked behind the scenes to make sure the day was perfect! She was always available through txt or call to answer any questions I had. In the beginning of my planning process they are also very helpful in making vendor suggestions! I definitely recommend using Grateful Gatherings for your planning needs 🙂
