Great staff friendly and knowledgeable about the river and always happy to see you coming. Takes around 2 hours to 2.5 to float down to the let out. Don't forget your sunscreen and don't forget to put it on your legs as well trust me.

Talk about a diamond in the rough! So happy we found this campground, it is absolutely beautiful, affordable and the owners couldn't have been nicer people! They offer tubing, canoeing, and kayaking on site. There is electricity if you want. If you don't go with an electric site there is still a place you may plug in and use electricity near the main office. Two on-site well maintained, clean bathrooms, with a large shower. They have two little houses you can rent. Probably not the best for RVs as the roads are very small due to the non stop incredibly beautiful landscaping full of flowers and nature. My absolute favorite thing was having my morning coffee in my personal gazebo on the riverfront. I could walk down the stairs from my gazebo to the public camper's fishing deck, which has rod holders and a cleaning station. The size of our campsite was tremendous, however we were the only ones in the "Primitive area" They use the trust system on firewood/ice, have a store on premise, beautifully landscaped, public garden. Love, love, love This campground and without doubt will return again and again! I could not have been happier! Thank you Sabina!

Owner's got an interesting personality. He got us a boat and a ride and gave us the best route down the low water level of the Little Tennessee River. Might go back for fishing sometime, I bet he knows all the good spots.

My family camps and tubes here on the regular. It's a wonderful spot to get away from it all and just relax. Conveniently located with easy access to Franklin and beyond. Highly recommend

The tubing was nice BUT the staff were rude and they are falsely advertising the price per person on their website. When we arrived, we were rushed to move our vehicle upriver, which meant we left items behind in the car on accident. Then the cashier lady was SUPER rude when questioned about the price difference of $12.50/person on the website when they are actually charging $20/person. She said they don’t feel like paying $2000 to have the website updated so if you don’t want to pay it, don’t go. We drove 6 hours to raft there and fortunately had extra cash on us or we would have been short. There is also nowhere to change into dry clothes when you finish the trip (unless you want to change in a port-a-potty). The river itself was a nice float down and the tubes were good.

We had our first experience here recently. In total my family brought 3 RV's and 1 lodge room. The RV sites are a bit tight so you need to be a great driver or have a small RV. The lodge room was excellent. The riverside Pavilions made the trip memorable as we hung out and grilled several meals there. The 3.5 mile tube trip we completed twice was amazing and wished we would have done the 7 mile trip on kayaks.

We even managed to get some succulents and elephant ears from the owners collection to bring home. Great people and great atmosphere!

It was a great experience and our group plans to go back again next year!

Found our favorite camping site! We visited past weekend, and we had to book again for next month. My little boys love this place. Super friendly owners, a perfect fishing spot, and a great view! 👍👍👍👍👍
