I don't know what I would've done without Callie and the Green Fox team. I had trouble picturing what my wedding weekend would look like, and had no idea what to do when it came to design, or what I should be working on, when.

Callie had all the answers for me and even provided great input based on the trends she sees in her line of work in combination with what she understood as my vision. She was incredibly helpful producing signage and coordinating with vendors to get items done on time. She provided a checklist of things I should be doing and when along the time I was planning my wedding.

When I arrived at my wedding venue, my mind was BLOWN. I couldn't believe that my vision came to life! GFE made it a breeze to rent from, and did all the set up, take down, and vendor coordination. The venue and decor was better than I imagined.

I literally cannot imagine planning a wedding without Green Fox and Callie. If you are on the fence about getting a planner, do yourself a huge favor and DO IT. It is worth it in every single sense of the word.

When we booked our venue in Mammoth Lakes back in October for August 2024 wedding, I wasn't sure how I was going to plan a wedding from 6 hours away. Hiring Green Fox Events was one of the best decisions we made and made the planning process so easy!! I worked with Callie directly during the entire planning process. She helped me create a design plan, timeline for the day and frequently met with me to discuss logistical issues. The week of the wedding when we realized the wedding day was going to be fifteen degrees colder than expected, she helped me with last minute heater rentals and setting up blanket baskets for guests. When it came to the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about set-up at all. I showed up to the venue and the decor looked so beautiful and better than I could've imagined. Our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives and I think a lot of that has to do with the hard work and dedication of Green Fox Events! They also have very adorable rental equipment so you don't have to buy things just to use it once. I can't recommend GFE enough!!

We hired Green Fox for partial event management for our wedding in Mammoth Lakes, CA. This was one of the best decisions we made in our entire wedding planning process, and we were so happy and impressed with the whole Green Fox team. They were a huge help in choosing great vendors as well as finding venues for our wedding weekend events. They made the planning process so much easier and relieved a lot of stress for us. During the final week, they took over all of the details, which allowed us to focus on getting on personal details ready for the ceremony and enjoying time with family and friends. The event itself was beautiful and seamless, all thanks to Green Fox, and it was SO nice to have them take care of event take down and returning items the following day (we were very tired). It was a joy to work with the entire Green Fox team, particularly Cara, and we highly recommend them to any couple!

I cannot recommend Green Fox enough to help plan and coordinate your big day! Cara and Callie helped make the day so beautiful and run so smoothly. I had 0 stress on the big day because of this amazing team. They even helped modify our ceremony seating plans to accommodate our guests during a big snow storm that came in unexpectedly and plan an epic ski down wedding photo shoot. They are an amazing group and I am so grateful for them! 10/10 recommend!!

Choosing Green Fox was one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole wedding planning process! When I reached out to them, I had already booked most of the vendors but with my now husband and I working insane schedules it was hard to manage it all. And that’s where Cara stepped in! Cara is such a joy and has an easy-going vibe (which helped me stay grounded!). She has an eye for detail and design and was able to identify specific aspects that needed to be addressed to make our special day run smoothly.

Life doesn’t stop for a wedding. A lot can happen in both the days leading up to the wedding and on the day itself so having the kindest people on your wedding team with the expertise to help you navigate through the obstacles and the love and patience to support you through the challenges is a blessing and an investment.

I was VERY stressed about the decor and aesthetics about my wedding because that is not my area of expertise or interest. We hired Green Fox to do the design aspects and I literally can't imagine this wedding without their support. They made it so easy and were so communicative. Callie was our coordinator and she was so thoughtful and I trusted her 150%. My only note is just to be cognizant of spending because it is easy to go over budget once you see all the amazing things they have in their inventory!

We hired Green Fox Events to help plan our wedding, and I can't say enough good things about them! We really wanted our wedding at June Lake Beach, and they took care of getting the permit, setting everything up and taking things down again. They also took us on tours to help us find the perfect reception venue - many of our guests said it was the best / most fun wedding they'd ever been to! Their knowledge of the area and its different vendors is invaluable. They helped us arrange our officiant, DJ and transportation, and had many design & furniture options as well. Highly, highly recommend!
