Positive: Price Negative: It didn't smell nice from the common hallways to inside the room itself. Our room was very dirty and there were paint touch ups all over the walls.

Positive: The price was the only reason you will book this hotel Negative: Hotel upkeep is worse than the East Cleveland motels. There is leaky ceilings with buckets on the floor to catch the water. Windows busted out; wood boards covering them. NO Pool its non-existent. Customer service is very nonchalant; NO urgency.

Positive: No deposit Negative: Room not cleaned ,black mold, raining on inside, police pulled me over pulling out and said it's a crime area asked what room I was in ...no fridge or microwave..and front desk made a key to my room came in and said they was lookin for another room

Positive: "" Negative: It was horrible! They assigned me to the wrong room, it hadn't been cleaned from last guest, there was a huge stain in the bed. There were holes in the ceiling in the hallways with buckets (8 of them) catching water falling. Water was everywhere.

Room was 100$ for one night. Said Cause of Valentine's day, but I checked in on the 13th. The room also has No Running water at all, so the toilet can not flush anymore. We will see if at least 70$ be refunded upon check out

Positive: Nothing Negative: Extremely dirty. The entrance roof leaked harder than actual rain coming down. The very first thing the guy who checked me in said was, ?we have no hot water?

Photo online looks nothing like actually visiting this place. It was not very inviting on the outside and the location does not appear safe. The person I was with went in the inside to view and he said it had a bad odor. We did not even bother trying to book a room. Hopefully they will be working on updating some of the details that were not accommodating.

I would highly advise any and everyone to never stay there.... Me and my fiance was just there in the parking lot sleeping in the car until the sun came up because the roaches were attacking us in the room and in the hallways on my way out, we literally were in that room 1 hr. the man wouldn't give us our money back, arguing with us like a maniac... I recorded what all I could to though... DON'T GO THERE!!!
IT'S INFESTED WITH ROACHES... A TRUE NIGHTMARE FOR ME & MY FIANCE.
Oh! It is way to pricey for the horrific experience. $75,00 per stay!!! No.
