Amazing practice. Morgan is one of my favorite practitioners I’ve seen. She is so kind, patient, caring, and smart. She is willing to advocate for you to get the care you need. I never feel dismissed or rushed or overlooked. Sadly that’s hard to find in a doctor’s office. The girls at the front desk are kind and responsive as well - I’m sure they have a tough job, but always remain professional and never have an “attitude.” Definitely recommend for your pcp needs 🙂

I was headed out of town the next day, Morgan was amazing and fit me in with no notice. She diagnosed a sinus infection which was oddly the same thing that I had exactly one year back to the day. Set me up with antibiotics and I am feeling better already.

I have been a patient at Greenwich Primary Care for approximately 2 years. I have had the opportunity to work with both Dr. Shajan and Morgan O'Neill, FNP. I worked exclusively with Dr. Shajan and now exclusively with Morgan (although both are always available), since she was brought on board some time ago. Without a doubt, these are two of the finest medical professionals I have met. My last doctor retired, and I went through about 3 doctors before finding my "forever" fit. I am always listened to (that's big, as I talk a lot, lol), never meant to feel "less than" or inhibited to speak my mind. They do not judge and are very comforting in every way. If you are having a tough time finding the right primary- this is where to go! In addition, from a clinical perspective, they are always on point. Whether it be recommending an over the counter cure or referring you to the right specialist and diagnosing many of the conditions seen in a family practice. They have helped me every step of the way. That said, I really feel they go above and beyond. I have various health issues, and they help me manage all of them without hesitation. Their communication and turnaround time is second to none. Morgan has even helped cure me of a couple of problems with simple solutions where others have failed or have prescribed high dosages of unnecessary medication. True healers. They also give advice when they see you are struggling. I really can not say enough great things about these providers. In addition, they have an excellent staff. The staff treats me with the utmost respect, is familiar with my diagnosis, always have a smile, and they too listen to me. I never wait long when I have an appointment and on occasion where I have made last minute/same day appointments, I am always seen (given it's within a reasonable amount of time) and do not wait. I've never had a problem with on time refills, refferals, and records. They also do telehealth visits where appropriate. I could go on, but I will stop here. If you want excellent care and service with a smile, this is where you want to go - Greenwich Primary, located in Greenwich and now Stamford. Tell them Shana sent you! 😁🙏
