I never leave reviews but after the experience this company has provided I felt a dishonor if I didn't share my experience. I work for a local car auction in my state and we were hosting one of our biggest sales of the year since COVID. I reached out to this company because we needed customized gifts to give to the dealers that participated in the sale. After going back and forth for a few weeks making sure the design was right, I finally placed the order for 30 of the Dream Decanter sets. it literally took 6 days from the time of purchase for us to have them delivered!! EVERYONE was impressed with how they turned out as well as the fast turn around time for such a big order. Tyler was great with answering all my questions and assuring me I would have them on time. We will definitely be using them in the future for all of our custom needs! Thanks again for everything (The picture doesn't have a top on the decanter but they were in a separate box located in another part of the building but they do come with the lids *smile*)

These were a HUGE hit at my wedding! I originally ordered 5, but after seeing them I had to add one to the order. The artist was great and worked with me back and forth to ensure the drawings were as close as possible to what I wanted. I love these, and I would highly recommend this company!

I LOVE this company and the customer service is outstanding! First of all, I ordered several items from them in 2022..perfect! Fast delivery. I placed another order yesterday BUT it was a mistake on my part and I needed to either cancel or update the order. They worked with me to get it done. I appreciate the exceptional customer service! I orders 15 koozies for a bachelor party that I was flying out for 9 days later. I reached out to customer service via email to see if they could get it to me by then and was super worried about it. Collin responded within a few hours to my email and stated he left his team a note about it and assured me it wouldn't be an issue. Well made glasses and cases!

The case and sunglasses inside are both solid purchases. The only critique was that the engraving on half my order was a bit incorrect, but they quickly shipped me out replacement cases with the proper engravings! Great customer service, and very quick turnaround
