Grota Solna is amazing! My friend and I booked a salt room for 2 and it was super relaxing. The staff there is very accommodating and make sure you have everything you need. This is my first time doing a salt room and we will definitely be coming back. 10/10 recommend!

Entering the salt caves here are like walking into a different dimension of sorts. Salt bricks, ceiling, and on the floor.

Take in the relaxing salt mist, and music. Relax and heal, the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Plenty of good things in the shop area as well, like the salt rock roller for the muscles. Would highly recommend!

Myself and my 2 friends had a 3pm reservation today. Steve was friendly, accommodating, informative. I was beyond relaxed. The room had calming music, the weightless chairs, comfy warm blankets, eye masks. All the things! After we warmed up more in chairs w our feet on warming salt lamps, and hand hemp salt warming balls. A little water to quench our thirst. We then decided to check out the huge variety of retail. And scored on a 75 % percent off sale. Beyond impressed! This was my 4th time here and it just keeps getting better and better. You can tell they truly love their customers, and business.

Grota Solna is incredible and the owner is extremely kind and patient! I had the most amazing experience in the salt cave. From the moment I walked in, I felt an immediate sense of calm. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing, with the soft glow of the Himalayan salt walls and a soothing ambiance that instantly helped me unwind. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, explaining the benefits of salt therapy and making sure I was comfortable throughout my session. The session itself was incredibly soothing, and I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and with improved breathing. I highly recommend this unique experience for anyone looking to relax, de-stress, or improve their well-being.

We also participated in a paint and sip night here for a private event we held and it was everything I could have imagined. Can’t wait to return!

Wow wow wow! This place is amazing and the owner is so kind! My sister and I did the salt room session for 2 and it was an unforgettable experience. The salt room experience was so relaxing and after that the owner treated us to sitting in another area with salt lamps for our feet/heated salt balls for our hands. The store they have inside is also nice, so many things to look at and buy. We ended getting their bath bombs, epsom salt, and an aroma diffuser that has Himalayan salt in it. Great prices, great service, and we’ll definitely be going again! Highly recommend especially if you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, or just need to unwind.

Wonderful place. Have frequented numerous times and plan to continue! The owner is very friendly and kind. Absolutely recommend. The salt rooms are relaxing with a peaceful atmosphere. The blankets, slippers, eye masks and warming salt stones are the icing on the cake!
