So I work at Antonio’s Pizza Brew Wall in Copley and I had the best time with such delightful customers. They are extremely polite, respectful and when you ask them about their company they are full of knowledgeable information. Sarah Toombs and her boys to many to list were great, hope to cross paths again.

Several years ago when we first signed up with GMS they were great!... Always helpful, educational (with the different trainings they would offer and they made us feel as though we were important to them) GMS today is just a shadow of what it once was. Recently they allowed us to substantially overpay several employees after we asked for their help in working thru the kinks in the new payroll system that they have created. ALSO they have rolled out a new website and payroll system for our employees with never having sent any emails to them, so NONE of our employees were able to access their payroll website...this is the 2nd time that they have done this..... I would not currently recommend GMS as it currently exists.

They call my personal cell phone leaving very vague messages in an effort for me to return the call. Why wouldn’t they call my office number? Super sketchy. Who does business that way?

I've been a client of GMS for over five years and I'm extremely happy with the service they provide.
