Grow & Gather is a neighborhood gem. The urban farm to table concept, the fantastic restaurant, and the greenhouse space for events (and yoga!) all come together perfectly to form a unique place to grow and gather. The food at the new restaurant, Work & Class is amazing (try the plantains, seriously!) and the chef is an incredibly kind person. I recently had my wedding in the greenhouse and it was perfect. Mary, the event manager, was really helpful and patient during the planning stage, and the staff during the event were awesome. Everyone loved the unique venue, and I really appreciate that it's a historic building that was saved. I've also taken yoga classes here with some lovely teachers in a peaceful environment unlike any yoga studio I've been to. There's something for everyone here, and it's quickly becoming my favorite place in Englewood!

A space that is true to its name, it feels like a place to gather and grow your community. Offering a variety of beverages, along with bites, trinkets, and planters, there is something for everyone. There is indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of parking on site. Check out their calendar for yoga sessions, hosted in the rooftop greenhouse. Highly recommend checking them out!

Grow + Gather is an awesome place if you are looking for fresh greens. They grow most of their greens in house. Always super crisp and full of flavor. I ordered the garlic shrimp with a salad and a Pilsner to wash it down. I was not disappointed in my selection at all. I sat outside on the patio, as it was a perfect day. They offer rooftop seating in the summer with a greenhouse on the rooftop to give the whole restaurant a very cool vibe. Will return without question.

We had dinner here on a weekday. I get what they have going on, but did not love the experience. We felt cramped and rushed and everything is significantly overpriced. I appreciated the attempts on the menu, but the flavors were not there for me. The short rib was overcooked, the pastor way over salted, and the goat cheese mashed potatoes really lacked favor and consistency. We barely ordered anything that would fill us up for dinner and one soda and it was $90.

Update April 2024:
Just went again and still love this unique and delicious spot! Ordered too much though as we wanted to try EVERYTHING! Mac n cheese was the bomb. Also love the choice to order 3 sides.

Delicious food, lovely outdoor dining area, rooftop greenhouse, retro looks, organic products. Outstanding! I can’t tell you how much I love Grow + Gather. It makes me so happy every time we come for takeout or to simply have a kombucha on the patio in the sun. They also have very cool hydroponic lettuces and other greens growing inside. A fantastic addition to the neighborhood!

This place is so unique. I love the plants in the urban environment. It truly is a breath of fresh air. You can buy many natural products here, along with your morning latte! They also have plenty of options for people who don’t drink coffee. It is a very welcoming environment with a gracious barista.

Cute café with a nice atmosphere and great potential. I enjoyed a tasty peach bar, and while the matcha wasn’t great, that wasn’t the issue. What really stood out was the difference in how I was treated compared to the white customers seated near me. They were checked on multiple times by staff, while I was never acknowledged during my two-hour visit. It left me feeling unwelcome, like I didn’t belong. I hope it wasn’t intentional, but it was noticeable.

First time visit: This is a restaurant with a coffee shop and farm all shop under one roof. We ate at the restaurant. Food was very delicious I got the falafel gyro, Brussels sprouts and tomato sandwich. I’m vegetarian and there was a few items on the menu. The ambience is beautiful and employees were friendly, matcha latte was good and they have a full bar. 4 stars cause tomato sandwich was $10 and had 2 thin slices of tomatoes. It was good but could have used more filling.
