I hired Gerard and Sammy to arrange a 40th birthday party for my sister. They came highly recommended and are a very professional team. They prepped all of our catered food and sent everything out in waves to be served to our guests. They took care of setup, service, cleanup, and transitions from cocktails to appetizers to entrees and dessert. I spent so little time thinking about running the party and was lucky to just enjoy the day with my sister and the guests! G&S runs a great show, highly recommend.
