It's not the Hilton. But it's the best room for the price in Chicago. Giving 5 stars because it's exactly as described. They don't tolerate the crime that some of these hotels support if not are an accessory of. Kind front desk. TV and mini fridge

I recommend to never stay at this place. There were burn holes in the comforter, and the bed was a basic twin mattress and box spring with a metal frame. The motel smelled like a mixture of body odor and mold. There were tree air freshners hanging all over the room. The base boards were moldy and rusted. The shower curtain was ripped and dead bugs in the bottom of the shower. The toilet was something from a truck stop. The next Norman Bates Motel!!!!

WORST hotel ever. I travel a lot & thought I have seen worst hotel staff but this hotel get the trophy.
Last week during my stay, temp dropped to 55 degree & no heat in the room.
I asked the receptionist & he said heat doesn't turn on unless the temp drops below 50 degree.

The staff is VERY rude & uneducated. Receptionist came charge & was about to hit me when I complained about a hotel guest parked car way too close to mine.
I have never seen such a barbaric behavior. This place is not worth staying.
Rooms are dirty & very shady place.

This motel was the worst ever experience we had in Chicago! We rented a room for 2 people, there was 4 of us and two of us were going to sleep in the van with our chihuahua. After we rented out the room, the owner saw the dog in the van and he got very upset that we didn't tell him we had a dog! I told him he is sleeping in the van. He got very upset at us and told us to get out! My mother is 85 years old and he kicked us out at 9:30 PM on to the street. The place stunked like Hindu food and we saw cockroaches as we were leaving. I am glad we didn't stay at that place, my clothes reaked from the stench in that room. It was a very bad experience for all of us and the Hindu people were very unpleasant and rude and barely spoke any English. This was THE WORST motel I ever had in my whole life and I travel a lot. I was also wondering why all motels around were full, except for this one. Now I know.

I give it one star because it was a place to rest my head for the night. I would strongly advise not to come here unless you're in desperate need of a room. When I called about rates the gentleman told me $52, when I get there he says his credit card machine is broken and told me it would be $57. Of course there is no refunds offered here and the place is below average. Once again STAY CLEAR OF HERE.

Got stock in the airport with no place to go and wait for the next fly the next day... help! The Guest House was a very cheap and groom place, a clean and well provisioned, my daughter and myself spend the best night so far in Chicago. They treat us very good and we had a shutter bus waiting to take us back to the airport. Chicago, I'm coming back!

They stole our money and kicked us out telling us that we lied about paying 2 days ! They had no toliet paper , rooms were filthy they use the same sheets and blankets did not clean the toilet or anything all the workers are very rude! Very much not recommend anyone to stay here

My 1st and undoubtedly Last stay at Guest House The room was the lowest level of clean with the room and all therein seemingly blanketed by a dismal film of despair and desperation and dimly lit doom. At any given time u can hear management SCREAMING and hurling threats to call police at any of the establishments temporary tenants who dared to have a guest or 2 show up. Apparently only those present at check-in are allowed in the rooms. 3 word summary. Ridiculous . Rude. Disrespectful.
