It’s drop and hook here for most, small yard but the place is never exactly busy, you can take your time parking, can’t stay here over night, but some do on the street, bathroom and people here are nice!

8am appt. Here 15 minutes early. Checked in and waiting on side of driveway. 2 other trucks that checked in after me, get a dock. Still waiting 45 minutes later. Appointment times should mean something. Please more professional and truckers won't leave disparaging reviews.

Friendly staff, got docked and loaded as soon as I got here. Now please note I went to 409 first which is right beside this place. If you go to 409 and have to turn around, just act like your docking and not do a Uie. It’s extremely tight and I snapped my brake line. Luckily not the emergency line so I was able to move and come to the right spot. Just giving a heads up so you won’t make the same mistake I did.

My experience with your security gate guard and his cohort in transportation and your yard jockey was unacceptable....I made a delivery to your warehouse on Friday past. Your guard was not in his guardhouse and when I found him in the building he said that he told me to wait at the guardhouse with the load...I heard something very different...The gate-guard house was was empty. I took the load to the receiving side with the large delivery doors for large trucks(as I was in). The yard jockey was argumentative and just as unhelpful...After the yard jockey on the tug and the security guard chatted on their radios. the security guard approached in his car and left...I unhooked and left back to the security desk inside the building AGAIN...And AGAIN your people wanted to play some mind game...Even to the point of one of them saying that I had to ask him(the other person standing there) if there were an empty trailer to take out...WE were all standing there TOGETHER! We all can hear the conversation-- I am not a child and I will not be treated like a child or a sub-servant. All I need is the backdoor seal inspected and a signature! Not a hard time! I deliver the load and your people are to sign. Their conduct was not only unacceptable but was borderline harassment...I advised my ops officer and he instructed me how to handle your UN-professional workers! Not a nice place to deliver into! My company prides itself on providing great service-- and that is my goal...What happened there was NOT acceptable-- ON YOUR(receivers) PART... No hard feelings...Just an update on the treatment of your dedicated service provider! Respectfully, MJA.

Was working with a Sales person on Puerto Rico and it was an awful experience. The sales person sent us the wrong thing. Argued with us about it. Our credit card was charged even though we are still waiting for the correct order. When we asked the sales person about the order he told us we were bothersome customers. He was on the road and couldn’t give us an eta on delivery (it’s been three weeks since they quickly picked up the wrong package). He has been rude and unresponsive and therefore we canceled the order. With salespeople like this we will never purchase from them

If I could give a negative star I would worst place to deliver to if you can stay from it stay away appointment is 8 Am I show up at 7:30 Am it 1:04 pm I’m still in a dock and my trailer have not even been touch yet worst place ever

Been here 3 hours, still not in a dock. Was here 30 min early for 8am appt. NO RESPECT for truckers time!

Small place with right off the steet with not much place to park. People were okay to deal with, and we're quick to unload and break down. Usual time was about 2.5 hrs in and out.
