They open fraudulent cases! Wont answer to correct their mistakes! All case workers are after is the commission they get for making people pay amounts they don’t owe! They don’t verify any information they obtain you can fill out anything and they accept it even if you’re a convicted felon which is against the law! These case workers think they are the judge and jury! They won’t contact you just charge you with any amount they are told! The managers don’t help the case workers do not help theirs no way to contact them!

online states its closed until 5pm rolled in at 4:10pm and door was locked and a paper note stating ill be closing at 4pm instead of 5pm (probably due to current negative reviews). Thought it would be open even though there was a full parking lot of cars there assuming they are emplyees cars and the fact they park close to the building making customers park farther away from the building.

I don't even know where to start I've had enough time on the phone on the automated system to be classified as a full-time job I've left countless voicemails for my caseworker who refuses to call you back today my kids insurance is active at the DFCS office but not active at any doctor's officer or hospital that I've called after multiple trips to the DFCS office today and the doctor's office they told me it was up to me to find out which insurance company is covering my children and to talk to them about why the doctor's office isn't accepting their insurance of course they won't tell me which insurance company that the Medicaid has them with when I asked for some phone numbers to try to call they gave me two numbers that were complete dead ends not even related to insurance and one for the marketplace for senior citizens I thought they were supposed to help people in need not make us jump through endless hoops and Chase dead ends

They literally never answer the phone. Ever. I don't know that’s wrong with the employees there but I have tried to enroll my daughter in peachcare twice and they never give me the right paperwork or information and when I call to get the correct information they never pick up. Seriously I have called 10 times. Word of advice: learn how to do your job and pick up the phone. Very VERY badly managed office. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is a trash establishment and a disgrace , how can you not return any phone calls nor answer the phone . A government job getting paid by the tax payers just to be a pathetic worker with no work ethic . Do better

I have stage 4 cancer at 34 I have worked all my life since 15 .Never have depend on the government assistance until now. I suppose to have Medicaid until May 2018 the case worker close me case when she was not supposed to was not given any notification and food stamps they count my dead mother income who I told numerous times is dead. They will not return a phone call. I have treatment every week and can't get any assistance.

Front desk is amazing and they are very helpful, but the lady with the ocean room about got herself an ear full. Roll your eyes at my infant son again for getting into all your fancy stuff and I’ll tell you have I truly feel. I understand not wanting to break but he is 1 and you work for a child service...don’t have your fancy sea shells where my son can get them.

I seen earlier that someone had posted about Connie Jenkins with habersham dfacs. Now I don't see it anymore. I have your email and I'm going to send you a message. I'm actually talking with a attorney and I'm also takin legal matters against Connie and this office. She has lied on court documents about my wife and I and has lied about numerous other things in which we have proof and evidence she did all these things. I have also contacted fox 5 news and I'm currently talking with them and they want to do a report about it. Not to mention my daughter has lost weight and has bite marks on her from being in foster care. I have been doing my homework and I do believe she is married to randy Jenkins. He was fired for doing bad things within dfacs. I have contacted all the big people over dfacs and still waiting to hear back from Candice Brock whom seemed interested in the evidence I have to show her.
