Functional. Has a kitchen and large ADA compliant bathrooms. Wheelchair access thru side door by the kitchen. Could do with some updating as the structure is an older building. That's only reason for 4-stars.

Personally, I will not rent this building again. The air conditioner did not work. I turned it on hours before the party time and the temperature had not changed. There are holes in the walls and no air circulation in the bathroom area. The facility was dirty when I arrived - bathrooms not clean and water all on the floor.
