Excellent visitor Centre with amazing, insightful staff. Great exhibits as well. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Mountain views. Haines Junction is a must to visit and stay. The community is wonderful.

First, this is a Visitor’s Center and Museum. The complex is well laid out, free wifi is provided, and lots of places to sit, either indoors or out. Nice small gift shop with a good selection. Great ladies working at the Visitor’s Counter. This is stop where you will want to spend time catching up on email, reading about the local history, and purchasing something to remember your stop.

I only have praise for this place!
Amazing staff and building. They give great insight on all the trail that are open and worth doing! You can go there for a quick rest after a trek while charging your devices and fill your bottle and even use their free wifi.
The people here are always lovely and welcoming! You should definitely pass by especially if you plan to trek around Haines
