I have been with Halcyon Home Hosting for about 4 months now and I can truly say they go above and beyond. Setting up our home in Camp Verde was made so much simpler because of the tools provided by Halcyon. They provided recommendations on furniture, links to Amazon to quickly purchase bedding and housewares as well as design advice. The photographs of the home were amazing and I believe all of this is what has resulted in an amazing first few months of occupancy.

Once we were up and running, the communication to fine tune the property was timely and well thought out. We were able to fix things quickly because of the quick feedback. From bookings, to maintenance, to receiving monthly payments the response to questions is almost immediate. I am extremely satisfied with the Halcyon Home Hosting team, and I’m not easy to please.

The entire group at Halcyon Home is the best! We could not be happier! They go above and beyond to help us work out any issues that might come up. They oversee every aspect of the process and keep us informed at every step. They were very patient and kind when we were setting things up and gave us incredible advice and resources to help us get established.

We investigated several property management companies, and Halcyon stood out, head and shoulders above the rest. We have friends who act as hosts for their properties and I remind them that no one calls us when there is snow on the ground. We have been working with them for over a year now. Halcyon takes care of everything. I would not want to do this without them!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I’ve used other mgt companies for rental properties and Halcyon is by far the best. They pay close attention to detail for the things that make or break a vacation rental property: reviews, cleanliness, and concierge-like service when guests are at the property. If a guest has any questions, they can always get hold of Halcyon. If they need a recommendation for what to do, where to shop, how to work the a/c, Halcyon always answers. It’s not a large corporate owned company, so it’s very hands-on. I’m sure this is why we have 5 star reviews, it is the standard Halcyon has set for their properties.

We owe a huge Thank YOU to the team at Halcyon Home Hosting for making our short term rental hosting dreams come true! We use Halcyon to manage our VRBO/AirBnB, and we couldn't be happier with Brandon, Nathan and his team. Dawn is a very talented photographer as well! Their entire team has been professional, courteous, thoughtful, they will go above and beyond not only for us, but also for guests booking our place. The entire team has always answered any questions we've had and really made us comfortable with all that is associated with short term renting our home.
