My family and I had planned a vacation to Indian Rocks Florida and decided to stay here. The pictures looked nice of the place and area. When we got here our specific “house” was very nice! The condo building that it’s in could use a little maintenance however. The elevator was 100 degrees and needed cleaned and needs updated. Anyways overall it was a nice stay because the elevator didn’t effect my stay we just used the stairs. Our places was nice! Thank you for reading my review I hope it helped you. Nice condo building managed by Jaycee Resorts. It's in a good location for sunset views though groceries are a bit far, units are directly on beach (two doors opening to the big balcony), there's an elevator from the covered parking, heated pool with beach access. Two bedroom unit was well stocked and very clean. Would definitely come back.

The unit was ok , nothing fancy but functional. The location and the beach are nice. My problem was with the upstair neighbors. They were partying almost every night until 1 or 2 am. The walls are so thin you could hear their slurs. I contacted Andre , the manager several times he tried his best to help but the third floor was under different management (go figure!!). I left 1 night earlier because I couldn't stand their noises. Basically they ruined my vacation. Would i stay there again? Absolutely not !

Stayed multiple times in different units. Great complex with beach access, parking, and pool on quiet beach close to lots of food options and easy drive to sand key, clearwater, grochery store, etc

Location, Location, Location. Near 5+ restaurants and of course...on the beach. 306 very nicely furnished and plenty of room to stretch out. Recommend it...
