My sister needed an allergen safe room, so the hotel had her carpets shampooed for her arrival. Bedding was perfect and she was very comfortable! I'm Very Grateful. We were a funeral party & though I confused the staff with rooms types & check-in times, they straightened it up gracefully! Our rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast selections are good & the hostess is attentive to your breakfast desires. I especially enjoyed the L-shaped partitioned tables for conversation. If you have allergy problems & you need a hotel room, look no further than Hampton Inn Batesville

I am a Hilton honors member. The room I was given had a) fithy carpets, b) the one phone in the room did not work, 3) of the 3 lights in the bedroom 1 did not work. Too dark to read or work except in the bathroom. Finally, the entire room smelled and felt dirty, corners of floor to wall had dirt. No choices in this area or I would NEVER stay here!

We booked this hotel over a year ago to visit family & watch the total eclipse and we were extremely happy with our stay! When we arrived, we were greeted by the receptionist and quickly checked into our rooms. I'm a light sleeper so I had asked for a quiet room when I booked so they put us on the top floor away from the elevator - thank you! The rooms were clean & comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast that was provided was pretty good also as they had a variety of items to choose from and tried to keep up with demand but it was busy due to the eclipse event. The location of the hotel was great because we were able to walk next door to Sakura Japanese Steakhouse & had a really nice dinner. |The only thing that I wished had been explained is that you must call to set up housekeeping. Unfortunately, we didn't know this so we were without regular coffee & clean hand towels so when we tried to call for the next day but our phone didn't work - it was dead. My husband was finally able to tinker with the phone & found that it wasn't plugged in correctly and got it to work. I stopped at the front desk and requested housekeeping in person and it was done then.

I was in the Batesville area on business and needed a hotel for one night. I found the Hampton Inn and Suites on my mobile Hilton app and saw that it was a newer hotel, the price for one night was excellent and highly rated. This is one of the newer style Hampton Inns with bright refreshing decor and a mobile key to get you into your room quicker. The staff were friendly upon arriving and helped me choose a local restaurant for dinner. The lobby was bright and welcoming and there was a large pantry with food and other items in case I needed anything. The ground floor had plenty of new and modern seating areas for people to gather and hang out.||My room was spacious and clean when I went inside, The wifi was easy to connect to, and the heating and air conditioning unit was functioning properly. The Layout of the room gave you the feeling that the room was a little bigger than it looked. There were outlets for power and USB for charging all of my devices. The desk and chair were perfect for going online and working when I needed to. The bathrooms in the room were spotless and I had enoght towels for my stay. My only critique of the room I had was that there were stains on the carpet.||The grounds and foyer have many amenities. There is a large outdoor pool and a fully stocked fitness center with free weights, cardio machines and an assortment of fitness accessories. Breakfast was your standard Hampton Breakfast with Cold and Hot choices, which the staff kept fully replenished during the hours the breakfast was served. Overall this Hampton Inn is a great choice for an affordable, clean and newer hotel in the area.

Very functional space in guest rooms. Large bathroom vanity, good water pressure, fridge in room. Room 321 had a tub drain issue so we stood in dirty water during our showers. Bed linens didn’t stay on the beds; the fabric made them fall off during the night. Surprised at the price (a good bit higher than I thought). Still highly recommend.

From the time I stepped in the door to when I left this place was very clean smelled good and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised that it had some tech upgrades in the room. I stay in Hilton all the time and I haven't seen those in some of the ones I've been staying at. Such as the Hilton app became your TV remote. I probably will never travel back to that area since I was there for a family emergency. If I did I would definitely stay there again.
