We checked in on line and selected an available room. When we went to the room, there were fans set up to dry the carpet, and there was a smell that I couldn’t identify. We returned to the front desk, and the clerk said that either someone had smoked in the room or an animal had had an accident. That room should not have been available for rent considering it wasn’t ready for guests. She gave us another room. In our new room, the shower gel bottle had been ripped off the shower stall, I stopped by the front desk to tell the clerk, and she said that happens all the time.||The location is great, but this hotel desperately needs a deep cleaning.

If I could give zero stars I would do to the customer service. The trip started off good with the check inn going smoothly. I would have never booked this hotel if I would have read the reviews. My son woke up with bed bugs in his bed with bites, come to find out they have had numerous complaints about the bed bugs at this hotel. The hotel did give me most of my money back, and offered to give me a free night at the hotel, but why would I want to stay at this location again? The hotel then offered me 1000 points which is nothing. I had to throw away my luggage and clothes that were brought into the hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I contacted the Hilton help line and they also refuse to help. It just seems like this is an ongoing problem at this location. I have attached photos also of the bugs and the blood from them that shows they were actively feasting on my child. All they had to do was make things right and they refused.

The staff doesn’t greet you at check in. Just asked our name. I asked for water as a diamond member and was just handed it. Never said welcome. Thanks for staying. Not to mention no thanks for being a diamond member. Treated more like an interruption than a guest. The rug as you walk in by garage is a hazard. It’s thin, rolled up and torn on the corner like a dog chewed it. Definitely a hazard. The same rug was there the 3 days we visited. Always rolled up and torn. |The very worst part is the breakfast seating area. I was embarrassed that I brought my mom there. (Side note:The breakfast hostess employee was the nicest you could ask for. She needs to work at a better facility with her skills). The cushions were disintegrated. Not just torn. They were all ripped and peeling and sunk to the floor. I did not expect fancy accommodations but I did expect functional seating. The facility is worn out and you couldn’t sit on the bench seats without getting pieces of peeling plastic on your clothes. I’ve seen better at my vet’s office. I was blown away at the lack of attention to this dirty, broken excuse of seating.

This hotel was filthy, poorly maintained, and the hot breakfast was pretty bad. Eggs were total mush (even by powdered egg standards) and the bacon was chewy (like it was cooked in a microwave). Pastries, and other food items were fine. The floors/carpets were disgustingly dirty. Included is a photo of the bottom of my daughter’s feet after having walked down the hallway and back on the second floor barefoot (after she had showered)🤮. The body soap, shampoo and lotion bottles were nearly empty when we arrived. The lotion bottle had obviously been broken off the wall and rather than fix it, they just set the bottle on the bathroom counter. The chairs in the dining area were so broken down it was like sitting on the floor, and they were falling apart as well. The chairs for the desk in our room was completely stained and filthy. Honestly, we do a LOT of traveling and this was greatly one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed. Multiple times we had staff members sitting in the hallway outside our room (a little lounge area beside their ice machines) watching videos on their phones with a vacuum sitting plugged into the wall (but not being used). It’s like they were trying to hide from management and pretend they were actually working. The same employee would be sitting there from the time we left to walk into town until we returned to our room (an hour or better later), so I cannot imagine they were taking a quick break. This place was so grimy that it made us feel gross our entire stay.

This place could be a great hotel. The only issue is it is in BAD need of an update! The whole place looks like 1985. The furniture is all beat up, the paint is dark and all the seats in the dining area show huge signs of wear. This is such a great town and there is plenty of money. However the owner of this hotel is not keeping up. This makes it feel dirty. The people are friendly and the location is the best

Leigh and Jordon at the front desk are always helpful and friendly. This location and staff are excellent. Chrystal in housekeeping is like an amazing busy bee, kind and efficient. These employees make this location easy to call it welcoming here.

My family stayed here for five nights this summer. In a five night stay, housekeeping never stopped by our room. We asked twice that our room be cleaned, but both of our requests were ignored. We had to go to the front desk twice to ask for towels. Also the carpet by the AC unit in our room was soaking wet. My husband typically uses Marriotts, but we chose this place for the location. (It’s within walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops.) Unfortunately we won’t be back.

First time staying at this Hampton Inn. My wife had been wanting to for a while now. Great location! Superb staff! Reasonable rates! Nice breakfast! The rooms could use some attention - but were clean and comfortable. Overall, we would recommend and stay here again.
