I don't normally leave reviews, but I was very impressed at this Hampton Inn. You can tell that the management and staff takes real pride in the condition of the hotel. There were always fresh cookies and other refreshments at the front table when you came in. The rooms were very clean and cleaning was thorough. The attitude of everyone I met was very kind. The atmosphere almost felt more like a niche B&B rather than a corporate hotel chain.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the people who worked here. My partner and I had a nightmare of a travel experience getting from Columbus. From having trouble to get to the hotel, to helping us during our stay, and even making sure they did everything they could to get us to the airport after our rental car died and the company could not help. If I ever make it back to Mansfield, I will definitely be back to this hotel. Thank you to every employee for making our stay great. 12/10 stars. Thank you again. I 1000% recommend staying here if you are in the area.

This was an absolutely lovely hotel to stay at. The rooms were clean, but the part that stands out is the customer service. Every afternoon they have cookies set out, and when you check-out they provide you with a to-go breakfast/snack bag. The little touches made this a great place to stay!

Honestly, I could only recommend this hotel as an absolute last option. If you’re looking for a 2-star type of place, this is not that. Quality similar to a cheap roadside motel.

The bathroom smelled like vomit that was cleaned up with some cleaner or something. After telling the front desk, the attendant apologized and handed me a cleaning squirt bottle and offered some fabreeze to cope with the smells.

The hotel is in need of a renovation. It’s not clean, all surfaces are dusty. Skip this location until they fix the issues. Again, a roadside motel would be comparable in terms of cleanliness. As a last option, it’s not worth the price at all. Pay the extra for any nearby competitor.

Clean rooms. Breakfast is available in the mornings. I and several other ladies stay here each year for a ladies' retreat in March. No complaints thus far after staying here once yearly for about 10 years. There are plenty of food options nearby, some within walking distance. It is right off the highway.

I stayed at Hampton Inn Mansfield Friday nite, it wass close to my appointment the next day. Being a Hilton Hotel which I am a memeber I was surprised by the condition of these rooms and the Hotelmin general. I stayed on the first floor and this Hotel being right on their busy road is very loud. It kept me up all nite. Also my room had no sheer curtain, so being on the first floor I had to pull the full curtain to get privacy but then I had no lite in the room. I told the front desk nothing was done about it. I never stayed at a hotel that didnt provide at least 2 bottles of water until you picked up some more. This Hotel supplied zero! The toilet flushed every hour by itself , bad flapper valve. s far as their hot breakfast, they had egg frittatas microwaved, and chiken breakfast paties everything else was typical pastries and cold cereal. This is not a place I would ever stay again or recommend. I dont know if their reviews are by AI, but from personal experience they are not very accurate. And they're cost is not cheap by any means.Embassy suites blows them away, by far.
