The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, nice sheets and pillows. No tv remote in the room, but one of the girls at the front desk brought us one. Good value for the $. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Breakfast looked good, and check out was simple. Would stay again.

Great stopping point between NC and MA. We took the long way around to avoid NYC. Been driving north for 40 years and NYC (which has always been busy) is now a giant pain in the backside. The hotel is a little worn but I have a feeling it has a lot of folks stopping on their way through. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast was standard but good. Definitely will stay there again.

Perfect location as we needed a night halt on a long drive from CT to Virginia. Next to the highway. A proper 3 star property which is not bad for 1 night. Free Breakfast is nice. Being a Hilton property we expected things to be better. The business room was not setup until was asked to as I needed to attend a meeting. They do not have high chairs for kids, which was a big let down. The shades in the room were broken

Not a lot of options in the area. For a Hilton property, this one doesn't make an effort to stick out. The desk folks were not unfriendly, but not overly welcoming either. The breakfast was serviceable, but chicken sausage is rather unappealing. Terrible? Nah. Subpar for a Hilton property? Yes.

Absolute bare minimum at every level, except for having a microwave in the room. They are absolute cheap at everything possible. Bottles of water for Hilton Honors? Only one at a time.
Vending machines in the hall way? Not anymore.
Functioning televisions? Nope, they opted for Satellite. Hope you didn't really want to watch that game.
Reliable wifi? Try smoke signals or carrier pigeons. You'll get better results.
Pleasant staff? Not the ones I've met. They all seem to resent working there.
Decent options in the overpriced "market"? Get outta here!
Breakfast? It's those lousy fake omelets, but in their defense that's a Hampton Inn thing. They all have those disgusting omelets.
Can barely use the outlet in my room because it's so worn out and needs replaced.
It's as if the Hotel is trying to run off a $5 budget, but want to act like they're something better than a common Super 8.
I'm going to start showing my Hilton Honor points like a survivor instead of a returning customer.

Disappointed. Booked the room for my son. Room was dirty. Guests next door allowed kids to bang on common door between the rooms. My son left at 930pm. Manager was not sympathetic or service oriented for short comings of the hotel. Will never stay there again even though their location is very convenient.

The Black lady that works at the deck overnight has a beautiful outstanding customer service. She’s also super kind and makes sure you are good when you come down for something! We need more people like her in the hotel business I will surely be coming back here when I come back in town!
