Beautiful, new, clean hotel! Staff are frequently present and great! A huge shout-out to Amy from the evening of 12/10–12/11. She's amazing and so good at her profession.

We arrived early in the AM for a few hours of sleep before leaving at 4:45.

Amy is a blessing to guests; her hospitality, service, and care are exceptional. She had breakfast ready for our group at 5:00, without us even expecting it. She mentioned she would have things going, but she had the whole setup beautifully ready to go!

We will always stay here when in the area again. Keep up the good work, guys. And thanks for making our mid-week rest that much better.

Hotel was ok. Girl at desk when checked in told us we had to use credit card to hold the room and incidentals even though we booked through priceline. We were therefore double charged for the room. I called and left message for manager when I discovered double charge. Manager never returned call. I called the next day and lady I spoke with said they tried to call three times. Never had any missed calls? Hampton Inn did refund the money for double charging. Last time a hotel chain double charged me was about ten years ago, I have yet to stay at their hotels!!!! In conclusion, hotel was ok, but beware of their shady business practice.

I booked this hotel at 11 AM for just one night, but had to cancel by noon because a customer informed me they had Covid, making travel unwise. ||Despite my efforts to cancel through the Hilton App and making two direct calls to customer service, this hotel refused to budge. They still charged me over $150 for a room I didn't even use.||After nearly a decade of loyalty as a Diamond member, in all those years this is beyond disappointing. It's a betrayal of trust.||Fellow Business Travelers, heed my warning: choose another location. This hotel's lack of flexibility and disregard for customer loyalty is unacceptable.

First off let me start off by saying I have never left a bad review on anything . I felt the need to take time out of my busy schedule right this . This experience was the worst guest experience ever at any hotel EVER . I frequent Hilton Hotels across the country . Hampton Inns and Hilton Garden Inns and I have never felt so disrespected as a guest let alone a long time Diamond Class / Hilton Honors Card Holder . While checking in , the front desk told me that I was unable to stay there because I had a truck ( size of a UHaul ) so I asked to speak to management . This has NEVER been a problem in 20 yrs across the country even on coastal properties in CA especially on a Wednesday evening . At this point during the check in I felt I was being harassed. I have already had reservations made online , management got involved and needless to say I was checked into my room # 211 . I feel like I was given this room because this room has a view of a concrete wall ( Literally, you can not see nothing else but a concrete wall ) . Hopefully I paved the way for the dump truck driver that checked in after me and he didn't have to get harassed and got a better view. His truck was definitely much larger than mine . This review is not mean to hurt the facility but to inform the everyday hard working people that drive vehicles larger than an SUV , like Lineman, Construction workers and Cowboys that this facility may not be the one for you . I would definitely call ahead instead of making a reservation online instead of still thinking about this 24 hrs later . Shout out to the very pleasant lady that made breakfast this morning .

$75 pet fee is ridiculous, luggage carts were small and useless, windows are a single pane of glass and don’t open, bedding was dirty, Garbage in lobby was overflowing.

Front desk staff was unhelpful. The place looks pretty, that’s about it though. Would not stay here again or suggest this place to anyone

Our family stayed one night during a trip to Adventureland. We stayed in a double queen studio on the top (4th) floor. Amenities are nice including the pool, weight room, breakfast area and snack bar available to purchase items. Everything was clean, well kept and every staff person we interacted with was polite, professional and extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast choices were good, above standard from other hotels we’ve stayed at in this price range. Location is good with a couple larger chain gas stations close by.

We did have an issue with the mattress on the pull out sofa and even though we were not able to resolve the issue at that time (it was 11pm and we declined to move rooms but one was offered to us), the staff offered everything they could to help and assured me she would notify management so they could resolve the issue so the next guest wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Staff followed up with us the next morning and to our amazement, offered a refund for our room. We felt this was above and beyond anything we would’ve asked for or even considered.

A couple things that could’ve made the stay better: thermostat regulation in our room. The thermostat only went down to 68 degrees (AC) and our room wasn’t as comfortable as we would’ve liked. The entire floor felt warm (hallway and elevator area) but it didn’t make or break our stay. Pool was a little chilly but it didn’t bother our kids whatsoever.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for location, staff, amenities and hospitality of staff.

Been staying here awhile due to work Rooms are good size, breakfasts are good. Coffee is great.
