I travel a LOT for work and staying at a Hilton brand hotel is my preference. I must say how very pleased I was with the hospitable, professional service I received, quietness and cleanliness of the room and excellent location of the Hampton Inn & Suites Hartford-Manchester! I always expect the Hilton Promise: The Hilton Promise is a set of standards that Hilton uses to provide a positive guest experience. The promise includes delivering exceptional customer service, respecting privacy, and protecting personal information. I would like to acknowledge Natasha, Jalen, Francisco, Christopher and the Management Team for honoring me as a Hilton Honors Member and treating me as such! When I return to the Manchester area, I will not hesitate to make my accommodations here again!

Stayed here during a snowstorm. Best way to enjoy some qt. The room was very clean, and breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely visit again.

Clean, big room with very comfortable, firm bed. Easy location close to lots of chain food options and stores, direct highway access. We stayed here for a Hartford even and it took less than 15 minutes to get into the city. Standard hotel breakfast, great, clean pool at the perfect temp. Would definitely stay at this location again.

We were thoroughly pleased with the great renovation/refurbishment of this hotel (we think it was completed about 1.5 yrs ago) as this was our first visit back in several years. The set-up of the king suite was great. But even making us happier was the conversion of the tubs to walk in showers, making the shower a nice size and roomy (we heard some rooms still have tubs). Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Room very clean, staff was friendly and always had a smile. Bed was comfortable as you would expect from a Hilton hotel.|An extra special shout out to Angel, who worked at the reception desk. With Hurricane Milton approaching FL and our flight home in doubt, Angel was just that, an Angel, as he assisted us in extending our stay in the same accommodations until we could leave for our re-booked flight 3 days later. Without his assistance, we would have been looking for another hotel. We regret we weren't able to personally thank him again when we left as he was not on duty. |Tip: if you go to the Artisanal Burgers next door, don't forget to show your room key for a 10% discount.

Spent one night here. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the temperature control excellent. Front desk and staff were helpful and friendly. Location is excellent, not near anything loud and easy walking distance (just a few minutes) to a shopping center with several decent food options. The free breakfast was kind of meh, but not a deal breaker. We'd definitely go there again.

Stayed for a single night while in Manchester on business. The hotel is near a large mall / shopping complex, close to it but away from the busyness and congestion.||The hotel is inviting: parking lot is large, common areas are nice, and breakfast was decent. My room was large, clean and modern. Everything worked well, the large walk in shower was nice, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. All lead to a good nights sleep.||This property represents what every mid-price hotel should be.

Visited my in-laws and decided to stay here. I booked this hotel based entirely on the reviews of other guests. The hotel staff were really friendly and checking in and out was really easy. My room was clean and organized although a slight bit outdated. The breakfast buffet was served from 6am to 10am and was really nice. It has a cereal bar with whole milk or 2 percent milk. The oatmeal is made fresh every day and has raisins and brown sugar on the side. There is a make your own waffle bar with regular and strawberry batter; the griddle takes about 2 minutes to cook so expect a wait/line. There are eggs everyday, either scrambled or an omelette of sorts. Bacon and sausages are rotated as well as country potatoes. Depending on the day some other dishes included fresh biscuits, country sausage gravy, and corn beef hash.

Cons:

1) The pillows SUCK. We asked the front desk for more pillows and they brought us (1) extra pillow.

2) The walls are really thin so you hear a lot of things. Our room neighbor was especially rowdy and noisy.

3) The decor could use some improvement. The elevator panel was literally falling off.

4) The toilet paper is like sand paper. Buy your own or butt wipes if you value your butthole.

Pros:

1) Location. Lots of food, retail, buckland mall, car rental, and freeway access.

I contacted the hotel manager several times to discuss my experience. The manager never responded. Just to make sure I had the correct email address; I contacted the hotel on two occasions to verify her email address. ||I stayed at your property a few weekends ago. When I arrived, I noticed that some of the towels were dirty, but I didn't make an issue about it. I just picked up some more towels at the front desk. |However, the following morning, I noticed the bed linen was soiled. This was discovered once I pulled back the sheets to make sure I didn't leave anything in the bed. ||I provided this feedback to the manager who clearly is too busy to respond.
