Nice, large, quiet rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Clean and pleasant ambience. Stayed here one night attending a wedding. Expensive but worth it considering the condition and comfort of the room. Would stay here again, however the included breakfast does not measure up and was a disappointment. Good waffles though.

We rented a room block there for my son's wedding! The sales coordinator Vashali Desai was SO HELPFUL. She booked our family rooms and then booked us the conference room for the day so the bridal party could get ready there! We even had food delivered and then kept the conference room for the after party! We had shuttle busses for the guests and they posted a helpful sign with the details. The pricing was reasonable and the hotel was SO clean an very convenient-right off the highway! The employees that worked there were in very good spirits, seemed happy that we were happy. It was such a great experience. We really appreciate all you did to make my son's wedding weekend great! 🙂

Hotel was very clean and kept up. Unfortunately guest washer was broke and working 13hr days for 2 weeks makes it difficult to find and babysit laundry at a laundry mat. The hotel had laundry bags in the closet, one might think the hotel performed laundry service but Unfortunately they do not. It's the small things..... 😔

This Hampton Inn Rocky Hill has become a local favorite for my clients. I worked with the sales team on a room block for November 2024. I had nothing but the best customer service. The sales team was fast in responses to any questions. My clients, had no complaints, so that's a win/win. I highly recommend.

So this was a quick stop over while on business. I've stayed multiple times here in the past and its been great, this time however it wasn't.
First off my room chosen was changed last minute by the hotel without asking. I was able to get it changed back to the room type, but not the room number. Secondly I was awoken by drunk marriage party people on the back patio, from 2300-0130. Kids were climbing on the wall and kicking balls in the parking lot, absolutely no supervision, I almost called the cops. Lastly, after asking for a late check out (diamond member perk) The hotel staff said absolutely not. This is the determining factor for my low review, because the rooms are always fresh and clean and warm or cool depending on time if year.

Our visit up to Connecticut was made comfortable by Hampton Inn Suites Rocky Hill. The location was ideal, the service by the front desk was super nice. I would stay again
