This hotel is amazing. Clean, comfortable and nice size rooms. Near shopping and restaurants. Great shower, comfortable beds and Taylor the GM is positively awesome. He has upped his guest service game to perfection. It snowed while we were there and he gave us his personal snow brush to clean our car. Tracy at the desk is personable and very helpful. We will stay here anytime we are in town and highly recommended to anybody looking for a great hotel. Thank you Taylor and Tracy.

Wonderful stay! Room was very clean and spacious. Pool was warm (mid-December stay) with plenty of towels. Breakfast had a huge selection all the way through the end. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large and well lit parking lot. Great spot traveling with little kids.

Will absolutely stay again when we are passing through.

I'd love to give this place a better review, but unfortunately we were outright lied to and overcharged. First, we told them we wanted a room on the first floor because our dogs are afraid of the elevator. The person who took our reservation said that's no problem. When we got there, we were given a room on the second floor and were told no first-floor rooms were available. Then, they told us the pet fee would be $75. We were charged $90.20. When I asked why, I was told it was "taxes". $15 tax It's not listed among the other taxes on the receipt (see image). The hotel was nice but I feel like they weren't upfront with us and just wanted to get us in and out the door. Will never stay here again.

Very friendly staff. We arrived after a long day of travel and we were checked in by the night auditor. We were road weary and she was so welcoming and friendly; it was so nice to be greeted like that. Location is close to many amenities, restaurants and gas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I had a minor billing issue and they took care of it without a second thought. Exceptional service.

This hotel is truly excellent! From check in to check out, all our needs were met with superior service and a smile. The room is spacious with a very comfy bed, the amenities were higher end, and the cleanliness of our room was outstanding, which means a lot to me. The breakfast buffet was terrific; the food was fresh and delicious. Taylor was very kind and inquired how we liked our stay, which was entirely positive. Well done!

One of my favorite Hampton Inn locations.
Staff is super friendly and the place is clean.
Any time I’ve had a minor issue, the staff has gone out of their way to accommodate.
Eatery and bar options are close, making this a good stop for business travelers.

Fabulous staff, Taylor, Wayne and Tracey were incredible throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and thoughtfully laid out. Parking was abundant and close to the entrance, even for larger trucks. Breakfast was delightful and staff was very kind and helpful. You couldn't ask for more and price was very reasonable.

I cannot rave about this hotel enough, the room was spotless, the staff was wonderful and it was in the perfect location for shopping. We had a mess with our reservation which was through a 3rd party and I mean it was a mess, I truly have no idea what happened but the 3rd party seemed to have screwed everything up, one phone call speaking with Taylor and it has all been cleared up, I was so grateful to him for understanding the disastrous mess to be able to clear it up, I’ve learned NOT to go through a 3rd party again! We will be going back to this Hampton Inn, but this time we will go through the hotel itself. I highly recommend staying here it is very clean and run very professionally. Thank you Taylor!
