We are absolutely thrilled to write this review for Helene and Happily Chic Events! From the moment we hired her as our wedding coordinator, we knew we were in the best hands. Helene went above and beyond in every way, and we truly can’t imagine our wedding day without her.

When we were unable to afford a videographer, Helene didn't hesitate to offer her own content creation services—an incredible gesture that helped us capture even more special moments. And when our photo booth vendor dropped out at the last minute, she worked quickly and efficiently to find a last-minute replacement that stayed within our budget, saving us from major stress.

But that’s not all—when a drunken guest tried to grab the mic and take over the music, Helene handled the situation so gracefully and professionally, making sure everyone remained comfortable and the event stayed on track. And when a last-minute seating change sent me into a panic, Helene was there to reassure me with her calm, composed demeanor, reminding me that our day would still be perfect—and it absolutely was!

Thanks to Helene and Happily Chic Events, my husband and I were able to be fully present at our own wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The day was everything we dreamed of and more, and Helene’s support played a huge role in making that happen. We couldn’t have asked for a more amazing coordinator. Helene is such an amazing wedding planner. I used her for month of and day of preparations and she truly is the best. She is very good at communicating, extremely detail oriented, very professional, trustworthy and helpful. Helene jumped right in to help me organize all of the work I had started on and gave notes on things I might've forgotten to think about. I truly think I would have been way more stressed if not for her. Our wedding went on without a hitch and I give her credit for making it the most magical day ever!

My Husband and I recently got married in San Diego, CA and we came into contact with Helene through our venue. They highly recommended her and after working with her, I could definitely see why! We hired her for the majority of our needs for the month before and the day of coordination but even so she was still very much available to answer and questions I had in the months prior. During the planning process she was extremely attentive to our needs and made sure we had the correct answers to our questions even if it meant revisiting the topic once she had a chance to ask the appropriate people. She has a ton of connections for a bunch of different vendors in the area and helped us create an amazing welcome reception the day before the wedding at a restaurant down the street. We were never kept in the dark when it came to communicating with vendors about meal selections, table placements, timelines, etc. On the day of the wedding, I was the most hands off bride and it was amazing. Her and her assistant showed up on time, ready to work and took charge when it came to being the point of contact. I was not super picky about the little things so I gave her control to make decisions about the little stuff and everything turned out perfectly. She made sure my husband and I always had food (especially during cocktail hour, see the attached picture lol), a drink in our hand, and a smile on our face! She recorded a bunch of content and took a bunch of pictures that she later shared with us! They even held bubble guns during our ceremony and grand exit to make sure the photographers got the best shots possible. Her and her assistant went above and beyond for us and truly helped make our day amazing! Thanks Helene, you're the best <3

We used Helene for our wedding and it was perfect! She is always available and really made us feel like we weren't alone ever when things felt overwhelming. We used her as our Month of/Day of planner and in retrospect we should have brought her in to plan more from the beginning - it would have saved us a lot of time trying to tackle so much ourselves. Would highly recommend having her help coordinate your events.
