If I could give Happyness event service more than 5 stars I totally would. Vanessa played a major role in our wedding, she made the entire day run super smooth for us and I could really say “stress free”. She went above and beyond for us, oh, did I forget to mention it was 100 degrees that day. She took care of all the details, timelines, personal items, communication with several vendors, Zoom meetings and personal meetings with us prior to our big day, she was present during our rehearsal and made sure we were fed and had a drink during our cocktail hour☺️. Vanessa was very involved since the moment I booked her til the day our wedding night ended. My husband and I are so pleased with her work, her wedding coordinator talent and skills are nothing short of amazing. Thank you for being the best wedding coordinator ever. I’m forever thankful ?

With the wonderful help of Vanessa as our day-of-coordinator, my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams surrounded by the beauty of the Sierra Nevada, family, and friends. We had the privilege of being Vanessa's first clients with her new business and we'll continue to boast about the amazing job she did. From the moment we booked our date, Vanessa was available for any questions we had along the way. From email and text communication to video calls, Vanessa eased our planning stress. Vanessa was also extremely understanding during the wedding planning process when life kept us extra busy. If I could give Happyness Event Service 10 stars, I would! I can’t adequately explain what a great experience it was working with Vanessa and her team. From day 1, I knew she would be a great help, especially to my wife, with planning and organizing everything. Vanessa is very friendly, always happy, extremely motivated, and well-organized. She kept us on track during the last few months before our wedding with phone calls, text messages, emails, and Zoom meetings.

When it came to the wedding day, everything was flawless. I must say, I can be difficult to impress sometimes, especially when it comes to organization and efficiency. However, Vanessa did nothing but impress me during the whole day. From politely reminding me a few times that I needed to start getting ready, to running everything behind the scenes, to guiding us through our event timeline in a very timely manner, Vanessa and her team highly exceeded expectations. In looking back over the day, I really can’t believe how they made everything happen so flawlessly. We couldn’t have had such a perfect wedding day without the help of Happyness Event Service. They were definitely life-savers and I would recommend their service to anyone planning an important event!

Everything ran smooth from the start to the end, she even assisted us to capture this great memory for the bride and groom.
