My daughter was going to day care there ... There was this lil boy who was kept hitting other lil girls and then when it came to my daughter the lil boy pretty much pulled a pillow out from under her and made her fall to the side ...the teacher didn't say anything so I step in and said don't be mean to my daughter and said if u can't play nice then nobody gets the pillow .. so I threw the pillow to the side . And I get in trouble cause I over overreacted... I guess but if that teacher was doing her job then there were be no issues. Cause as far as I seen that lil boy was doing this for a while now .. cause when my daughter first went to the class I noticed the lil boy was hitting other lil girls... So if you have a lil daughter like me and believe me she's small for her age compared to the lil boy... Well just keep a eye on your kids cause right there they really don't watch the kids... overpopulated there

I’m am absolutely blessed and highly favored to have such a Loving and kind case worker at Harbor Interfaith. Her name is Alexus. Hands-down, she is one of the best that they have there. Not only does she keep her word. She really tries to help, but remember you have to do your part if you are blessed to have Her Appreciate her and follow up whatever she needs you to do and things will fall into place. Her character is amazing. She never has an attitude, even if it’s a bad day even if you come in with your attitude is something about her that will immediately calm your energy. Harbor Interfaith, I’ll tell you now Y’all better keep this one she makes the company looks good. I’ve had experiences With other agencies and you have some caseworkers that are just there for a check and treat as if you nothing due to your hardship but not her. Alexus I pray that God answers all your prayers and you receive all the blessings that are coming your way for the heart that you have. Thank you again for everything. You the bomb girl!

I'm staying at the pallet house in Torrance..DO NOT DONATE FUNDS TO THIS ORGANIZATION.. UNNECESSARY OVER STAFFING AND UNNECESSARY OVER SECURITY STAFFING. SOME OF ..NIGHT STAFF AND NIGHT SECURITY ( KNIGHT SECURITY -SUB CONTRACTOR) ARE USING DRUGS ON DUTY..I BROUGHT THIS TO THE DIRECTOR ( AARON STREET). ATTENTION...NO ACTION TAKEN..I BELIEVE THE DIRECTORS SUPERIOR ADVISED HIM TO IGNORE EVERYTHING BAD THATS GOING ON HERE, MAYBE THEY THINK ITS TOO MUCH WORK OR HEADACH..THIS FACILITY NEEDS COMPLETE OVERHAUL FROM TOP TO BOTTOM..

In the lobby they don't always call you back to discuss your situation. 1. No privacy.
Made me discuss my circumstances in front of everyone.
2. Mask required. No big.
3. Front desk lady is not friendly.
4. Check in guy is friendly.

Constantly lose / misplace peoples important personal documents like PHOTOiD, SSN, shot records , birth certificates etc probably doing fraud don’t understand how they can lose someone’s documents once is a mistake , twice is a coincidence three times maybe but for five times y’all are doing something you shouldn’t do . I never was able to receive help from this facility from what I’ve seen over the course of many years is that they only help people deep on drugs. All the people that should get help or at least sympathy don’t . the ones that are very questionable do . I think it’s time this facility should be audited an investigated in who they help and where it’s all going to .
