Sadly I was built up to expect a great process. I thought I'd get the entire deer back in viable meat but I was about 40 pounds shy.I found hair in several packs.
Didn't care for their tiny packs of meat and so many trays as it wouldn't stack in the freezer. The burger was good but didn't care for the little 1/2 packs that were more like balls that wouldn't stack.
The only part that was great was their summer sausage. It was some first class stuff.

What an awesome place for all your deer processing needs. Very clean and very professional. Everyone is so nice each and every time we’re there. Jeffery and Crystal are amazing people and his brother as well. I can’t leave out how handsome their boys are and also so polite. We have been customers since day one and it’s amazing to see how they have grown and built the business even after the hurdles that they had to face a couple is years ago. Hands down the best!! 5 stars goes to the best in the business! Cleanest facility I've ever been to. Employee's are very nice and answer all questions possible. Very fast. Top notch! I'd drive across the country just to take my deer to Hardin's. Highly recommended!

Hardins is HANDS DOWN the BEST deer processing facility in east central Alabama. They have a very knowledgeable staff that are eager to please and hard workers. The facility is so clean and what I love most is that your meat never touches another customers meat. Your deer is yours and you only get YOUR deer. I am very picky about cleanliness. They are very open and transparent to show you how and where they work, and ensure that every customers order is treated top priority. They have several flavor options and many different processing options. I cannot say enough good about them. We have taken probably 20+ deer there over the years and have never been disappointed. The family owned atmosphere is a big plus too.

I can't really say enough about this place. I've used them on everything we've harvested for the past several years. Great service, great turn-around, huge selection of specialty products for your venison, and hands down the absolute best quality. Good luck beating these guys at the processing game.

100% Always helpful! Have had them do my deer past 3 seasons, we especially love the Philly steak sandwich meat. They are honest and hard working. They do a great job getting your meat packaged well, so it won’t freezer burn too.

This place is top quality. The things they do with deer are second to none. The summer sausage is the best I’ve ever had. The quick turn around and the quality work they do is the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve been using them for 4-5 years and have yet to be disappointed. Keep up the great work.
