*Edit changed to 5 Stars. Apparently the original email I got actually had my install less than a week out. The customer service representative told me 8 days, but I did tell her to book me sooner if possible. Good service.*

Called to have service set up at a new rental. Pam was great, and she was super helpful. I’d recommend asking for her if you can.

I wanted premium internet. Pam was super great at making sure I had all the extras I wanted plus told me others that I was interested in but didn’t know they offered. She was very polite, and I’m very happy with the service I received.

I haven’t had install yet at the new rental yet, but my previous experience with Hargray Internet has been good service, speed, and product. It’s a little more expensive than other options at times, but I think the price is justified with the services they offer in comparison to other local providers. Being able to get Gigabit speed locally in my small town was not something I expected, and I’m MORE than happy to pay an amount I find to be very reasonable and lower than I initially anticipated for such service.

To sum it up, ask for Pam if you’re starting service, and just expect a 1-2 week window for install timelines. Service will be good with good and likely faster than local competitors if you’re in a small town like me. Introductory rates are great deals with even the post introductory rate being a fair and reasonable rate.
