We went over for brunch. Guy Feires restaurant can be a little hit or miss but the brunch is almost always great, it certainly was on Sunday. Harrahs is our favorite casino to play at and I will say I left up a little bit. They have a good mix of older and new Penny slots. They have 4 goldfish slot machines which are my favorite. When I went over to them initially all 4 machines were held by someone tipping a chair in. Only 1 of the 4 machines had 10 cents on it. We played nearby for 30 minutes and 1 lady was holding all 4 machines but only playing 1 occasionally, frequently getting up and walking away. She got up and left again for 10 minutes. I sat down at 1 of the machines that were "held" started playing. She came right back and said her husband was playing that machine. I said he could play 1 of the other 3 machines She was holding (in the hour we were in the area we saw no 'husband'). She said I could go play somewhere else. I ignored that. Only played a few minutes while she fumed nearby. I brought this awkward encounter to security and the cashier's attention. Security officer said if she has money in machines she can hold as many as she wants. If not, he was not clear. I felt uncomfortable the rest of the time. I don't want to go somewhere that I don't feel safe so I think I will be a less frequent visitor.

We traveled as family and got in later to check in. Check in process was smooth, small convenience items located at the front desk for purchase, soda, coffee and snacks. Rooms were clean and nice size, comfortable beds, fridge, river view was nice. The casino had friendly people working the gate to get in. About 1/3 of the games were down, not even kidding on a Thursday night with March Madness starting, place was packed and so many games down, WHAT! I tried to order a drink on the floor through the machine and was told about 3 minutes after I entered it that beverage service was unavailable(this happened 3 times). I had 1 drink from a waitress and I had to go up to the bar to order anything else. There were signs advertising month of March domestic beers $1 while playing, well that never happened. Another gentleman at the bar was also upset with how service was and when I ordered a beer for my husband and I the bartender must have overheard us and did give us our beers for $1, thank you! I did find a small wing of limited smoking and about 20 machines in a smokefree zone, but wow the smoke was bad on the floor. I love casinos and spend lots of time traveling to them but this one won't be on my list to go back too. We just stayed at a Harrahs in Maricopa and ten fold was that one nicer and better service. Step it up Harrahs on this location because you are not anywhere near the criteria level of your other locations.

This particular location has some fairly trip altering items that you should be aware of:||1) While they offer 'free' Wi-Fi, and other amenities like the broken safe in my room, they charge you a daily amenities fee of just under $17 a day. You don't find out about this until you check out.|2) Those that smoke in the casino still can smoke in the non-smoking slots section, and security doesn't seem to care.|3) It has been awhile since I played slots, but Penny slots here require 80 pennies for a single pull, 525 for a 5 pull. So basically the smallest single pull slot there is just under a dollar. In my day that is a dollar slot machine! The same applies for 5¢, 10¢, 25¢, etc. So take out a loan if you plan to spend any time playing slots. I didn't plan on testing the few table games they offer at that point. |4) All the parking requires about 30 steps up to the front entrance, or walking up the driveway for valet and drop off. Really sucks pulling your luggage in those conditions, pray it doesn't rain or ice.|5) Early check I was told was a $25 charge, but the bill says I was given a room upgrade for $28. The room was not deluxe, it was the same room type I paid for. Bait and switch IMO.|6) They hold $50 a day on your card, so if you are brave enough to stay a week, know this hold can add up.||The only bright spot is Guy Fieri's restaurant in which the food was good and my server was pleasant and provided excellent service.

I took advantage of a discounted Caesar’s Rewards rate to reduce expenses on a recent business trip. The check-in was smooth and the room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The casino staff was very pleasant and made for some enjoyable game play. My only negative was that the room did not have a desk to set up and work for a bit. There was only a sitting chair and side table neither of which were conducive to a laptop set up.

I don't know how no one is talking about the fact that google maps does not know how to get you to this place. I can see why they have a huge sign that says it is at the next exit bc we could not get it to it via GPS. The only table game I came for was down. The beer was 1 dollar at the time I went if you signed up for a card. If you don't like smoke smell do not come here.

Hotel- very bland. Not a single vending machine.
Casino- 2% fun or worth it. Dealers very rude. Games zero play.
Food- Guy Fieri Restaurant Outstanding! Fantastic food and service.
Parking- convenient enough.

Stayed 2 nights so that we could shop in Omaha. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The pillows not so much. Nice larger mini fridge, but only one packet of coffee for two guests for two nights is not great. The bathroom was a nice size for a regular room.
Staff was friendly, parking is easy; lot or garage. Only two restaurants to choose from, so we went in to Omaha for dinner. There's a shuttle between this casino and the Horseshoe that runs frequently until 1 AMish, which is great. We'd stay here again, and it looked like the outdoor concert venue would be pretty neat.

All rooms have been refurbished and are very clean, no longer smell of cigarette smoke, and have modern decor. Parking lot is public but safe and secure. Casino is on the smaller size, but everything is new.

Only downside is no restaurants are open after 10pm and currently no room service.
