So, it seems that I got into a pretty big jam regarding out internet connection. A three day battle was won today, got hooked up with fiber optics and now the quality and speed is unmatchable. I wanted to thank all the dispatchers and workers that did everything in their power to make sure I was taken care of. Amazing response, and I truly appreciate it!!

Hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced. Wifi went down, called them had Will out to fix it within 30 minutes. You don’t get this kind of service with the major companies. Hats off to HTC, y’all made our day.

Internet went out around 4pm. Was told that they leave at 5 and would try to have someone call within 24 hrs. Not good. I rely on Internet. It's too bad the only choice I have is the horrible service at htc.

Internet out again. No one ever called back last time and it finally came on a few hours later. Would be nice if someone actually communicated what the problem is and when it will be back on.
Your reply says there was a problem last time that you were working on for awhile however when I called the last time said they had no report of any outage in my area. Then today when I called about it being out again she said last time it was a neighbor who cut the line. Get your stories together. Here I sit, once again with no internet.

From the first call through the install I’ve had a very positive experience. I’m a new customer and from the time I spoke with Vickie in customer service. Then had the pleasure to have Bob, Brent and Skip bury our cable. Then Kyle came out to finish the install. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I’m a retired manager from BellSouth/ AT&T in Outside forces. It would have been my pleasure to work with any of your employees.
