Reception was friendly and helpful.
The PA explained everything to me. He successfully removed the foreign object from inside my earlobe. It was fast and painless. Everyone was very friendly and good at their job. The facility was immaculate. I would definitely go back there if necessary. Highly recommend!!

I made an appointment for a walk-in appointment and I was taken within 5 minutes of my arrival. Easily gave my insurance information and saw someone to take my vitals immediately. Waited another 3 minutes for an APRN to talk to me and give my a prescription. Great experience. Will go again absolutely.

Horrible service! PA said call anytime next week and they would be happy to send in a prescription we talked about. Have called multiple times over multiple days and was told we would receive a call back from a PA each day. Nothing! No call no explanation. Have tried several times. There are too many good urgent cares in the area to deal with bad customer service.

When I got to Urgent Care, I had been experiencing dizziness for about 5 hours. Before the exam, I was told that I would need to go to the ER at Hartford Hospital. I showed no stroke symptoms and passed all of the tests at Urgent Care, but I was still told to go to the ER. My daughter and I ended up being there for 8 hours, and I was given a pill for vertigo. I suppose the ER visit was necessary, but I didn't like being told to go there even before I was examined. Thank you.

First, I didn't know what to expect, walking into an urgent care on a Sunday afternoon with bleeding lacerations. There was a full waiting area. However, when I checked in and explained my situation, the medical professional behind the desk immediately took me into a room and began the assessment and cleaning process of my wounds. From there, she said that someone with more emergency experience would come in to determine whether I needed to go to the ER. Luckily, the doctor who came in was willing to take care of me. Although my injuries were jagged, she skillfully applied 14 stitches to 3 areas of my hand. I was very impressed overall, and felt very confident in my decision to go to Urgent Care. I've been to this same location for various things and have had stellar service each time.
