This was our very first time to use a travel agent and book an all inclusive vacation to the Caribbean. And lucky for us, Tom of Hartville Travel was booked at the same time at the same place. We spent 7 nights at the Punta Cana Royalton Hideaway. I'm sure not too many people will end up at the same place as their travel agent, but for us it was very nice to have dinner and conversation with Tom and his crew. Tom was able to answer all of our questions and gave us a ton of information. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in the Caribbean! Aruba is fantastic. Service at the RIU was great. The food was, like lost of the Caribbean, good. The RIU entertainment was not as good as the RIU in Cancun. Then again, it didn't need to be, water was so clear, perfect and without sea weed. Southwest flights were perfect and on time.

Tom Schrader has helped us plan two exceptional trips, one to Italy in the fall of 2023 and one to France in 2024. The Italian trip was a bit of a challenge as we didn't want to go on a tour but visit specific locations. Tom organized an excellent itinerary lining up perfect accommodations at each location. His European counterparts were also helpful when we encountered some unexpected challenges. We've worked with Hartville Travel for many years and our trips planned through them have not disappointed. In the case of the most recent trip, which was to Europe, part cruise, part land, we had a group going. At the start, it was 8 people in Spain, then we cruised with 10 people from Spain to Italy. Once off the ship, we dropped to 7 people and for the last week, down to three people. There were multiple changes of the schedule and of what we wanted to see. Tom handled all of that with professionalism and planned a trip that exceeded our expectations!
