Care Nurses would not call or come at all. One made an appointment for 5:30 PM and showed up at 7:30PM. Kept calling the office and did not get any support or commitment from them. Next day called again, they said a nurse would call me back. At 4 PM, nurse called and said she would be here in a hour. I called the nurse again and they forgot me!
Sent a second nurse and they were a joke. So the next day I called the first nurse and said I did not want the second one to come back and I gave the nurse several reasons and so they sent the nurse back anyway.
I'm not posting all the details here, because it would turn your stomach the things they did and did not do.

I had the worst experience anyone could have with a nursing agency with this so called Nursing Agency. Unprofessional and Unethical are not enough to describe the kind of business that these people run. When you are referred to a nursing agency for nursing services is because you and/or your loved one need appropriate nursing care that can only be provided by a Healthcare professional; however, that's not what you will find when contacting these people. My mother was supposed to get Skill Nursing Visits daily and PT and OT three times a week. PT and OT never came to assess and treat my mother despite of the multiple calls and promises that they will be there soon. The nurse was never on time either have the required supplies for the skills my mother needed. According to the nurse, the administrators were always having issues with payroll and that seems to be the reason they did not have enough people working for them. I personally spoke with two of the owners (Tineka and Johanne and they were both rude and unprofessional). They keep promising that my mother would get a better nurse and OT and PT; however, that never happened. Please, If you are looking for an agency to truly care for your loved one, this is definitely not the right one. Run away from them! They have been fined twice by The Agency for Health Care Administration for the way the run their business.

Was bleeding after surgery and someone was supposed to come. Called and they said nurse would come in morning. Never came. Called and said would be here early afternoon. Never came and when I called at 4:30 she said i'll be there tonight. This is the worst organization ever. If there were 0 stars that's what they'd get. Its a good thing bleeding stopped or I'd be dead!!.
