I rented some equipment for a choral concert from HB Live and couldn't be happier with the process. I rented a small camera, camera stand, monitor, and SDI cord to connect the two. The staff at HB Live were knowledgeable and helpful - I explained to them my needs and they explained to me what equipment would best fit. They even gave me a discount since it was a rental for a nonprofit arts organization, and helped me adjust my rental when our rehearsal schedule changed. They made the entire process seamless and easy, I will definitely be using them again in the future, and could not recommend them enough!

HB Live is a great organization with a bunch of great people!

I have worked with Don and Elena to rent equipment for events at the venue I work for, and they have always followed through in providing everything I needed. I have rented both audio and projection gear, and everything they have rented out to us was in really good condition and worked flawlessly.

They offer equipment delivery and pickup for a fee, but since I am fairly local and we usually only rent a small amount of gear at a time, I have always picked up and dropped things off myself. The warehouse guys are all really nice and usually help me load things into my car if they're big/heavy.

HB Live is the best live event company in the North East United States. Consistently providing a high level service. The staff are knowledgeable and consummate professionals. I definitely wouldn't trust anyone else with my events!
